I would like to give them a 5 star but I can't. I purchased a black bag from them over a year with the promise that for life every time I bring it in that I would receive 10% off .Now they no longer will take the bag and they will not refund my money . To me that is dirty.I so desperately want to shop here the staff is great but unfortunately they lost me as a coustomer i spent over 200 a month there so I guess someone else will get my money from now on

First and last time visiting today. From the person taking my id at the door, to the person checking me out the staff was rude, short, and unhelpful. I had just had eye surgery, and to be fair the staff had no way of knowing this sense they started zero dialog with me, and when I asked a question about prices with tax the sales associate simply gestured at a sticker and said the pre-tax price is clearly listed there. How rude just tell me the price when I ask, also I had asked what the price was WITH tax. I informed them I could not read the sticker due to the surgery and then I was huffily informed what the post-tax price would be. Also their prices were about 15% more then my usual dispensary.If you don't mind being treated like a dollar sign shop here. If you want to be treated like a client and save some money. Shop at Hi Cascade on south commercial. They have better prices, with post-tax price on all of the products. And a staff that will treat you with so much patience and kindness that you'll never want to shop anywhere else.

Love this place. It's the only dispensary I trust. The employees are so knowledgeable and welcoming. They make you feel like family. I appreciate their advice when I can't decide on a product to buy. They don't try to steer you toward the more expensive items like some places do. There are so many products available. I'm always pleased with the quality and potency of the strains. The prices are better than most local clubs. It's always a fun time. Something tells me the bud tenders really like their jobs! Thanks for being here for us!.

I feel right at home here. The staff makes this place 5 stars. I can get products anywhere, but I will drive all the way here to be treated like a professional. management is good to there employees, and it shows. The products are good too, but it's all about the experience. I've never had so many people take such in interest in me and my needs. It's like they know me.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. In that time, I have traveled the state & visited many dispensaries, large & small, & there is simply no one that I have found that can beat the incredibly friendly folks here at Cherry City. Product is always highly varied, no matter what your favorite form of cannabis may be. They succeed at getting all that important info (strain details, percentages of THC & CBD, etc.) out front where it can be easily seen. & the clone I got from them is just going wild! I have never felt rushed, & did I mention how friendly everyone here is? Yes, there are lots of great folks & many wonderful places in Salem deserving of attention, but this place & these people are a must when touring Salem's cannabis scene.

Awesome employees very friendly and better yet best prices for the higher quality herb in salem! Don't check out the other guys. Cherry City has what you want and grate deals. Make them your only stop!!You guys rock! I moved to Albany but will continue to come to your shop!👍👍👍👍👍

When you walk into cherry city compassion you are greeted by the knowledgeable and friendly staff in an atmosphere that is both homey and professional. The staff is always happy to answer any questions I have, and they stock only the highest quality products at fair prices. I highly recommend Cherry City Compassion to both recreational and patients alike.

Staff completely wonderful, friendly knowledgeable, Fun to chat with. My only reason that I give 4 out of five is that they need more variety of flower, simply because it's always top shelf and I just want more new highs and things to try. You should sell local artist/musicians Surrealist/Dada/Psychedelic albums, perhaps some shirts to help convince the local Dadaist that he exists whether anyone else featherbrained a round old paddle raft . S far This is my LocalBudPub,Mates, Get's better every time I come in, a little bit more of everything and Rec. Hash would garner at least 8 out of 5 stars.Cheers.Prices are Awesome for such consistantly quality product. So go add another Star
