Chief Mark Kling, where can I send my video from my vehicle and home of your officer, driving recklessly, break checking with no cars in front of him not even near the speed limit, running stop sign, not signaling, and holding up traffic for no apparent reason also no emergency lights activated. This resent officer serves the frisby middle school. Images coming soon.

From the time I make the call around 5 pm ..not one cop has ever responded to ..regarding visitation issues but if it was the other way around I guarentee they would be their in a heart..beat..3 hours waiting to make a report that takes no less then maybe 8 min.. just watching the cops leave and by the police station ...what bunch of bs..

A big up to our police department. This department is highly performing. They keep us safe. Ready to respond whenever wherever. God bless our police officer's and their leadership. Blue lives matter. The department has come from far. At one time, the city almost disbanded them but with the current leadership they are flying high. The officers are very respectful and kind of course if you are in the righ side of the law.

A friend of mine went missing and instead of working to find out where my friend had went, officer M. Poole; badge number 275 began asking me extremely odd questions regarding MY history and running checks on ME.. AS IF I COMMITTED A CRIME. I just wanted my friend found safely. Whenever asked about the next step in finding my friend, I was met with more extremely personal questions. I felt as if I was being treated like my friend and I were fugitives. I was asked to sit in the backseat of the car... ONCE AGAIN, AS IF I COMMITTED A CRIME. The officer seemed as if he wanted to catch me in a lie moreso than help me and my friend, and asking me to open the trunk of my car and shining the flashlight inside and asking redundant questions about the ownership of the car... WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH FINDING MY FRIEND?!... Thank God my friend just had a breakdown and came back by himself because Rialto PD sure as heck wouldn't have found him. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have called Rialto PD on several occasions, from noise to accidents in front of my home. This is a very busy station and they always answer the call, it may be fast, it maybe a little slower at times, but they have a large area to cover with limited resources and they do have to respond by the urgency of the call, pretty easy fact to accept people, keep up the great work RPD...

On October 28 2015 I was at the restaurant in-N-out at riverside street and some idiot car-key my brand new 2015 car at the parking lot. I got the information how to get the video from the cameras. But I have to make a police report and they will send it to them So I call and 2 hour later sergeant Chris hice show up.. He was very rude and with the intention of not helping. He tall me I'm not going to investigate this the he will make a report and I may have to paid for it .the his car has been hitting so many times and he have to pay for it .. I just want to say something today with all the respect . I didn't call any officer to tell me there personal live !! do you job because that's why you get pay . Because it was a crime The next day I went to the police office and I was tall the they were going to help me. but pass over two months and nothing Very poor job .. Very unprofessional . I'm glad I don't live there
