Been going here for awhile now,all of a sudden Matt is being very rude to me because I can't make online purchase,I called for 1 hour no answer.then he answered and told me to call back after trying for one hour,I don't like to be talked down to,, he did it to me before,,I need to know what time he's not there before I come back,,I guess because he's a big guy he thinks he can be rude to people but not me

Update over a month later - this place still SUCKS. Poor selections that will never improve due to no one going here. This. Place. Is. Horrible. Drive to Herbal Nation on Bothell Everett HWY, so much better it will blow your mind.12th Man Herbal Nation is well worth the drive over this place. Staff treats you rude even though you’ll be the only one in there. Lack of foot traffic alone speaks for itself - trust me, go elsewhere.Update: Herbal Nation has 20% off cartridges every Monday. 20% off select ounces everydayDiscounted grams on Tuesdays Discounted joints on Wednesday And rotating specials the rest of the week before applying the loyalty program. It is such a better shop - also, they don’t have to even try and troll their reviews to save face! They just do good business!

Great dudes behind the counter we have history as i was next to them years ago at the Galaxy market in Seattle. Good herb but expensive compared to other places. but the do have quality! Prices are prob high because of the area they know they can hit the people on there way to their big houses in Mill Creek But i like going and dont know that i would go elswhere to save a few bucks

Great customer service and cute girls and uhh err uhh...ok looking guys I guess.Also it's local roots so clearly their weed is top shelf never had a problem here unless you buy cheap joints but that's a given everywhere.Great place overall I live a mile away been coming a year and never had a problem.

I asked the budtender for something skunky and he knew exactly what to grab.They have a good selection, but everything is behind the counter, so it's hard to see. They do have their menu on big LCD TVs that are ready to read.You can use your debit/credit card to buy Bitcoins at the register for $3.00.

EDIT: I have since called and learned that the no refund or exchange policy is limited to only flower - for obvious reasons. I went back today, one week later, with my defective cartridge with original packaging and receipt (habit now, since I've run into so many failures). They tested it and found it was a dud. Sadly, they didn't have another Plushberry, but replaced it with a strain of even better potency. I even bought some flower as a mechanical failure back up. I completely take back my one star and throw it back up to 5 Star!.......................................................................................................................Stopped in last Monday to grab something to make a crappy day a little better. Bought a Marley Black Indica Cart. Not even a week later it won't hit. Doesn't work on either of my batteries. I've cleaned them both with iso prop alcohol and raised the battery contacts to make sure that wasn't the issue. Nothing. Check my receipt... All sales final, no returns or exchanges.

Good place And staff besides Luke. My i.d. was expired And i was told i couldn't stand in the door way by Luke, then Luke proceeded to let his own friend stand in the doorway and completely broke the law. Hanna was helping my wife perfectly when Luke jumped into the conversation thinking he was helping, when in fact he interrupted and was rude about it. If Hanna had the opportunity she should be the manger. Hanna saved allot of customer's by doing what She did. I'm a business owner and i know how your supposed to treat customer's, And Hanna does too! Also i don't like that your charged 2.50$ for using your debit card. Besides that the product is good and prices are cool.
