I went to chronic therapy during the pandemic. My drivers license expired in April I’m in my 50s so there’s no confusion about me being under age. I have a letter from the state saying that my license is valid until August because I could not go in during lockdown to renew it. (DMV was closed). Chronic therapy would not sell to me. That is the last time I spend A dime there. I should add that this was after standing in line for 20 minutes.

I paid $35 dollars for an 8th of shake?? normally anywhere else is about that for a half. I should have asked what other flower prices were for 8ths instead. LAST time I go here. my total was $33 something, they round it up to $35..ok..ive heard of places doing this for cards. Then Iget another $3 dollar transaction added why? I get a dollar and some change back? whats really my total here?? dont ever go here.

Buds look terrible, the jars were almost completely empty out on display, flower was so dry, and two of the three budtenders were late so there were about five people waiting for over 10 minutes plus JUST to even be greeted. After my purchase, the budtender almost handed my bag to the customer next to us because he was so “out of it“. Just moved to town from another part of Denver and bummed this is my closest option. I’m only gonna use it in emergency situations.

The flower and wax I got were great 👍 my only complaint is that they are rec only and I am a med patient. I can not afford to pay rec prices, the tax is just too high. Accordingly I was hesitant to wait in line and shop here but the receptionist assured me I would receive 20% off my purchase. Unfortunately that didn’t happen so I am ambivalent about returning.

Very good marijuana, helpful and friendly staff, I understand quality usually costs more, there used to be a couple places with similar quality bud at lower prices but not now. If you ask they will remove stems and small leaf pieces from the bud, they still employ hand trimmers unlike 90% of the other dispensaries grow ops. Ray that works there as well as Matt and a few others are good budtenders. I gotta give Ray props on is old camaro too.

A lady there just told me they never give joints 3 for 10. I only go there for that. Then she gave me 5% off bc of my text promotion instead of giving me 10-20% off with my support badge. She didn't seem happy either. She should work somewhere she's happy and this store needs to be more consistent. I was going to apply to work there and she made me change my mind. Cheers.

The most recent time I came in I'm told that their high end concentrates are 4g for $80, the next time I come in to take advantage of that I was told by a different budtender this was never the case. Then after I make my choice from their poor selection I tried to use my rewards membership for a discount, and was told that I can't because that's already discounted. Not sure what the reward system is even for, when everything I've ever bought there is discounted compared to the price that is shown on the shelf. I did not particularly like my experience with the budtender today and after this experience I don't plan to come back. There are too many other choices in this city

They "bait and switch" with their supposed deals on cannasaver. Twice I have called ahead to make sure they had enough in stock after a previous visit in which they had run out. Both times I was told they had plenty in stock but when I showed up within the hour all of the "plenty" of stock was sold. They then direct me to their daily special of tiny "popcorn" buds that look like they were keefed and explain that this deal is for 100 (120 out the door).These "popcorn" buds are what they wouldve sold for 80 anyway so it amazes me that they didnt swap it out. They also advertise 15 wax grams, I'll save you a trip: It's one strain and its Indica, always. Of course they have sativa wax, its just for a bit more. If you want to charge high prices (for qustionable product) fine, but dont advertise a four star rated (by 15 people that cant be re-rated) super deal in cannasaver if you cant keep up on the stock. I have never walked into Pure dispensary and been told that their 14 dollar wax grams advertised in Cannasaver were out of stock. on the contrary, they keep a selection. And once again they prove that to get a nice affordable price on good quality product, you may have to go a few extra miles.
