So I just have to say after a long day me and a friend stopped into cinder north and were immediately greeted by a lovely person and helped out with the easy and gratifying experience you want in a cannabis shopping trip. Her name was Shay and I just have to say after a long week she made my day and i would definitely be back to support cinder because of employing someone like that !

Helpful and attentive staff with detailed knowledge of the products. Every recommendation I have taken from a staff member has been extremely high quality product. Can be pricy but they have a rewards program that pays off with consistent loyalty to their company. Worth it if you have specific taste or requests. The selection of glass that they have is also unique and high end. Highly recommend!

Always very friendly, I never feel rushed and i genuinely feel like they are there to help me find something I will enjoy, rather than rushing the sale each person really takes the time to ask you questions on what you would like and what you may want to stay away from. Very comfortable atmosphere, fair prices and even there lowest quality items are middle shelf for other stores, I definitely found my spot!

If it wasnt for the pricing/quality I wouldn't come here. Staff is not very educated on products. Went and bought 7 grams oil asking strictly sativa with the exception of sativa hybrid. I go home and look up the strains I bought and sure enough most of then are indica! The opposite of what i asked for. Also they are unorganized, they dont have a line so I was waiting for 10 mins as they helped other people before me.. rude.

Learn how to organize the line of customers. There were about 3 "unsure lines" while others would just waltz in and walk right up to the counter passing everyone else as if the lines don't matter to them. I saw about 3 or 4 different customers who entered after me and a line already had filled up, and I still wasn't noticed until about 5 minutes after they left left still. Downtown and valley are NEVER like this. They're on top of it all. This isn't the first time either, but possibly the last as I won't be planning on coming back to this one.

Not a bad shop. This location is the worst by far when it comes to service though. Even when they aren't as busy it seems like no one wants to answer your questions. The menu boards do no have all the product you carry and prices are not displayed for every product in your floor cases. It's rude of your staff to act annoyed when a customer has to ask 20 questions about price and availability. Also if there is one item on display, you should not tell me you're sold out. Every other store takes the item from the display to sell. What is the reason to display something you have no stock of? Industry discounts are good here but I will continue to take my business to the valley location. Budtenders actually want to help you there.

These guys are awesome! Bright, friendly and very patient and knowledgeable. I am a newbie to the industry but these guys took there time to explain the what, why and how much. Great customer service. My friend and I go to a different hemp store each pay day, she is a connoisseur. And out of all the stores we've been too this one had the best selection, best price, coolest stuff and by far the best service. Would recommend!!!

I was really impressed at first with how knowledgeable, laid back, and helpful the staff was. Layout and product variety is super awesome! I brought my recently purchased vape pen back because the battery had malfunctioned and it stopped working. I even brought it back with the package. The staff member who assisted me tonight was very confused, would not make an exchange or offer any sort of discount even when he acknowledged it was defective. This was my favorite place and now they have lost a customer for one emoloyees lack of assistance.

I shop for adults over 50 who have chronic illness or need pain management. One request was to help manage chronic pain, anxiety, rid nausea but not have major munchies, have normal energy and keep a clear head. The staff before I finished saying everything had products pulled and was able to give me a variety of products to choose from that did exactly what I requested. I didn't spend hours in the shop comparing labels or products. Staff made the experience quick and easy and the person receiving the products were more than pleased with what I brought them as it did exactly what they needed it to do.

Easy to find. The parking lot is small. The selection is medium. One of the few places in my experience that always has keif. The prices on the web site aren't always up to date so call ahead if that's how you shop. I'm sure I'm ripped when I go in, (they should be used to that) but the staff never seems to be much help in choosing; however, they are always knowledgeable about current stock. Tobacco products store right next door if you need some stuff. Doughnut store on the other side ...🤘😎
