First time I couldn't buy something in their display cases... "I can't sell it to you it's not in our system."I usually have good experiences here when I pick my own strains, I wouldn't follow budtender recommendations though. Whenever I do I get some awful tasting strain(my guess is product that doesn't sell they're pushing).

One bad experience turned me off of this location for good. There are plexiglass cases on the tables, but apparently you're not allowed to touch them to get a better view of the strains. They're not bolted on the tables, they're not made to rotate, and there's no signs indicating 'Do not touch'. Get a glass countertop if you dont want people touching the cases. Anything would've been better than a random vender saying "Oh! Dont touch that!". She really ruined Cinder for me. It's not like I was going to steal it. You can't just hire pretty girls and call them budtenders. Luckily there are more/better shops around with customer service as a high priority. Go to Green Light, they are miles better.

This is definitely one of the better places to go, if not the very best simply for the fact that the staff know what they are talking about and more importantly, they are all super friendly and make you feel like you want to be there, like you are are home. Also, the crowd Cinder attracts are all super fly dynOmite people. I've been in this place several times and I've never seen anybody get upset over prices or quality and I have never heard a complaint from anybody I know. I definitely reccomend Cinder on Argonne. They even have glass.

I only give them 3 stars because their customer service is always great. That said they are ALWAYS out of the majority of infused pre rolls, no matter when I go. They only had two brands available, but their menu advertised way more. Please update the menu to sold out so I don't have to keep asking for product you don't have. Also you should arrange the flower in the display cases better. A lot of the time I can see the cannabis, but not the strain or any information. Turn them sideways or have one front facing and another back facing etc. There are not enough budtenders to ask about every strain I can't see.I would also like to see more deals on flower. Other stores offer at least 20% off on deal days and most offer 25% off top shelf at least once a week.

Always a great spot to stop when just getting to Washington. I love the daily specials, and employees have always been polite. Good product, good service. I enjoy looking over the glass selection as well. My favorite shop on the East side. The prices could be better. Although, I understand your further from Seattle. It still could be improved.

The lack of a defined line is becoming a problem. Tired of getting cut in front of on busy days, rope it off please! Walked out and went to CnG today for my oil needs due to no defined line, long wait times, etc. It would be more then possible to zig-zag a set of ropes up the middle and still be able to view your product on the floor.

I currently live in Olympia, and like to consider myself quite the Cannabis Enthusiast. That being said, Cinder is my favorite recreational Cannabis store I've ever visited. I make it a point to stop there every time I drive through Spokane.They have rather large and varied selection, displayed in a neat format on large TVs around the store. It can look daunting at first, but ASK THE STAFF for help. I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff at Cinder are, more so than any other store I've ever frequented.Some of the best Cannabis I've ever consumed was stuff I purchased here, and at the recommendation of the staff. Come here with an idea in mind, and you'll walk out the door with the right product for you.
