I had originally called my friend who cleans carpets since we are preparing our home for sale. After his quote was a little more than I wanted to spend, I googled "carpet cleaning" in Santa Clarita and Green Clean Pros popped up. I spoke to Natasha (who was very nice) and she mentioned a few things about her company and we agreed to have them clean our carpets. Jay arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough when explaining the process. I was a little shocked that I didn't see a van with 50 million tubes sticking out making all sorts of noise. He brought in a machine that he used to "spot clean" the stains. After he was done with that, he brought in another machine that basically cleaned the carpet and lifted the stains. The carpets came out great and he mentioned the spots wouldn't return and gave me the science behind why they wouldn't. If you're looking for a company that's honest, quick, and thorough look no further than Green Clean Pros and especially, if you don't want a huge, noise-making truck in front of your house either.

I have never taken the time to write an on-line review, but in this case, I feel I have to. We had an accident on one of our large chairs that needed to be attended to quickly. I called after hours and spoke to Natasha. Although they understandably couldn't have some to my house last night, Natasha went above and beyond to have someone here today. Jay arrived and was so wonderful to work with, explained everything, and did an excellent job. I couldn't recommend this company enough! I will be calling to schedule another appointment to do more work in our house very soon. Thank you so much for reminding me what true customer service is all about!

I was very impressed with Jay's work. I pretty much thought my carpet was going to need to be replaced. But Green Clean Pros took care of it and I was more than happy when everything was finished. And the house smelled awesome! Jay was very knowlegeable and actually cared about his work. Will definitely be in contact again for the next cleaning.

Called Green Clean Pros after a bad experience at another one of my houses with the "bait and switch" price guys who you should be wary of!! I am not in the area so Jay used my lock box to let himself in. He text me several before and after photos which i was appreciative of. Great to work with and great results.BE

This company is one of a kind ! Jay's been cleaning my carpet for 3yrs....I'm always satisfied. The product & the skill speaks for itself. You don't have to worry about soaked carpet or smelly mildew carpet. When this company meet your carpet, it's love at first sight ! My home smells soooooooo citrusy....lol. Thanks Jay you're the best :-D
