Feedback:

I bought a labeling machine from them. I did not know that the machine was not water proof. Put it on the canning line and fried the motherboard. Cleveland equipment over nighted me a mother board. Had other problems with getting the machine to work as it was not calibrated correctly. Cleveland Equipment sales staff of Betsy and technical assistance specialist Phillip worked with me a and created videos to help me. They even put me in touch with the manufacturer in Taiwan to help me. Greta company Great people. Shout out to Phillip for all his videos.
