I have to say that the level of professionalism is great here. From the front desk to your budtender, very friendly, attentive, and personable. The place is very clean and the quality of product really high. I got a clone from here that I really love at a very good price and Stephany was super helpful to my decision making. Thank you so much for an excellent service. Will be returningPS: Would love to find some high CBD clones here one day. Thank you.

Built a new grow room. Didn't want to start from seed, so I went here. Every plant from my first run in this grow room is from here.When I picked them up, a couple had powdery mildew. That's no big deal. Spray it with a neem solution and it's all good. Grew them out for a bit, switched to flower and there are webs on my forming buds!!!These were infested with spider mites. I'm upset enough that I decide to write a review.However, I'm not unreasonable. The powdery mildew on the clones is definitely their fault. But the spider mites?Growers from all around come into their shop, walk around, touch plants (although there's a sign that says do not touch plants), and more. Probably not the best practice. The mites could have been from any of the thousands of those people. Or from the mother plants. Who knows?Do you think if they found this out then they'd tell you? And/or close the shop until it's eradicated? Probably not. It's a money making business.However, on my part.. brand new room, only clones from cloneville (this place), and i don't know ANY other growers and haven't been to any other gardens (because I don't know anyone with one). So I KNOW it came from them. I just can't say that the source wasn't another customer touching the plants. And the customer service was great. That's why two stars instead of one.

The website is NOT current, none of the things listed on it are available.we here spent the whole summer planning what to grow, and when we finally went in, were told NONE of the STRAINS listed are there.We have been there before, and the owner really knows his stuff, but the lady there today.... They also don''t seem to answer the phones now.I still have to give them my five stars, because I know the owner is really talented.

I've never been so disrespected by a business in my entire life. I bought some Paris clones from them and within three days they were dying and The rest of my crop now had a mite infestation. I callled them to asking to get a refund or exchange these obviously diseased products and they told me point blank we take perfect care of our plants it's your fault. My god even if I was my fault how do you think it's okay to say that to a customer? I've been growing for three years now and never had this problem before. Hmmm makes it pretty easy to figure out where the bugs came from. Go to house of clones down the street and don't get ripped off

Worst place I have ever bought clones . There is visible powdery mildew on most of there clones and when I called them out on it he told me that it was vermiculite lol, and when I put my finger near the plant to point it out he changed his story and got rude with me saying it was people touching them is why they were infected. I had to get some because I didn't have time to find another club and have good success fighting with pm. Ended up with a runtly male I pulled out at week 4 and the rest were the weakest genetics I've ever seen. Finished harvest was less than 1/4 yield of everything else in my rooms, This place is a joke, don't wAste your money here.

Never Been here before so I thought I would check it out. Bought 3 clones agent Orange and p98 bubba, quarantine them for 4 days as I do with all outside strains i buy that I don't produce my self. And then the signs apeared, bugs........i hurried up and disposed of the infected. I'm assuming that the way they expose the clones to people with a sign that says don't touch isn't to smart....bugs hop and jump.......dont think I will be back

This is truly the best place for clones. I have been going to these guys for a couple of years now and their selection is always great and ever-changing. But they definitely keep the good ones especially the OG's they have had the same phenotypes year after year which I think is excellent.... if it....ain't broke don't fix it. And it seems that they have kept quality up as well no bugs no powdery mildew! They definitely have the cleanest clones around which is hard to do in a commercial environment I bet! Just finished their ol school OG and that white fire cross with Master cut that they have.... Oh my goodness the ol school is awesome and that white fire really yields a lot ....keep up the good work Cloneville!

Cloneville has a decent selection of strains, and they will answer stock questions over the phone, which is nice and convenient. Their prices are not great, but not terrible. I've only gone once, and 1 of the 2 strains I picked up was infested with mites, which I didn't even think to look for until I had brought them home (because you shouldn't have to if you are dealing with professionals). I called and let them know and they told me I could come exchange them, but they declined to give me any kind of discount for my trouble. All in all, the situation strikes me as being very unprofessional, especially for the price.
