I had actually called this store before I came in to make sure they carried a certain type of refillable This shop is located in an inconvenient location. There is no parking anywhere near it. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The one employee was only interested in socializing with his buddies instead of assisting customers. The selection of products is really poor. They don't offer any samples before you purchase an e-liquid.

I went into this store to buy pods for my zero renov e-cigarette and the pack he sold me had a burnt taste to it. I always buy these pods and know how to use them and the pack he sold me both pods tasted burnt. I went to another store bought another pack and they were fine. A few weeks later after dropping my e-cigarette a couple of times I needed a new one so I went in and bought the exact same one and I have been issues with it as bad as the ones I had with my dropped one that I replaced. I am not sure if he sold me a used one. The liquids he carry are very limited. A shame since this store is the closest one to my place but will avoid from here on out. Shoddy quality of products.

No one greeted me when I went in. No one really voluntary checked my ID. I had to show it to them. They literally asked what do you want. And I said strawberry flavored. He just grabbed the bottle. The dude mostly glared at me. And his eyes was so glued to the television and was watching Brooklyin99. I get it it is slow day but greet your customer and at least make them feel welcome.

The corner store literally, located at the corner of St Clair West and Bathurst Street. I live not far away and discovered it several months ago upon its opening. It didn't take long for me to see that not only did they have a good selection, they're represented by Jessie the owner, who was very welcoming and helpful from the get-go. His staff is just the same. It's nice to know I've got a neighborhood store that I can count on. highly recommended.*Stay tuned, I just heard they are expanding and opening a second store downtown...

11/10 for customer service. As someone new to vaping I was a little nervous with my lack of knowledge, but Aaron helped me greatly in understanding how to use my new device, how to put in liquid, how to clean it and how to prime it. He helped me pick out an ideal flavour for myself as well, based off of what I told him I had liked in the past. Could not recommend this place higher.

Jesse and the staff at the shop are always willing to help and guide new vapers or the experienced cloud-maker alike. Just today I saw him spend 20 minutes with a gentleman, teaching him how to spin his own coils from wire and get it JUST right. They've always got sample bottles and a dripper ready to allow you to sample the wide array of flavours, and I've always appreciated that he's more interested in giving you the best experience as a vaper when you walk away than making more sales or sending you away with something that doesn't suit your needs and level of knowledge. There is always a demonstration with a new kit, and discussion of various options and why you might choose them. That level of service, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of all things vapey, are hard to come by. I recommend this north Toronto shop to anyone!
