Feedback:

I called Cloud Nine Day Spa just after 9am on 12/20/18 to schedule an appointment. I was given the time of 3pm the next day. About 30 minutes later, I missed a call from their number. The caller left a voicemail stating she was confirming my appointment for that afternoon. I called the person back and told her I just scheduled my appointment, minutes earlier. The person who scheduled me said my appointment was for the following day, Friday, December 21, 2018. I rearranged my day, based on that information, and was unable to rearrange it again. She told me the therapist wouldn't be available during my scheduled time, but I could come in that Saturday. I was on vacation from work that week and unfortunately, not available to come in that day either.
