I've had Richie work on my computer for along time now. He is always fair and affordable. Last time my computer had a virus, we came in and clean it up the same day. I only use Richie for my computer needs.As always, Perfect!!!

I've been having shut down issues with my PC at work that I use for business. I had multiple people look into it and I finally decided to try this company. I live in Van Nuys but my store is in LA. I'm glad they do travel that far and they didn't charge me for traveling to my store. They were able to fix the problem with my PC shutting down on it's own and I'm a happy camper...

I went to a computer repair store to have them check and see what was going on with my laptop and they said it would cost $80 to wipe it clean, meaning reformat and I will lose my files and it would take a day to finish. Then I found this place and I gave them a call. They only charged $75 to fix the issue on my laptop and that was it. I have all my files and programs intact with and I dropped it off at 6:30PM and I got it back at 10PM. EXCELLENT SERVICE... Highly recommended.... I saved $5 and I got my laptop back the same night with all my files and programs.
