The service needs some refining, for sure... Over 2 hours and 45 minutes it took. On the phone I was told that it would be an hour/hour and a half, i told them my city they confirmed that they could... more

The service needs some refining, for sure... Over 2 hours and 45 minutes it took. On the phone I was told that it would be an hour/hour and a half, i told them my city they confirmed that they could deliver to me, asked for only my i.d. and my order. They told me that I would get a text update soon. An hour and a half later, I text, asking for an update, they responded several minutes later asking for the address, which I promptly sent. Driver arrived 40 minutes later . Phone service was professional, courteous and helpful , delivery guy was super friendly, product, however, was mediocre, at best. Pretty dissapointed in the $30 js and almost double the quoted wait time.
Feedback:
First time patient, it was nice to see such a close delivery service, but some things didn’t really go as planned... Had to go to a weird location (Wendy’s Restaurant) instead of meeting at original place.Waited an hour for delivery (but the driver was very very cool tipped him really good)And then forgot some prerolls Overall was nice 👍
