Love coastal. There one down fall is there website and how they keep changing it. The server is very very slow. Making orders impossible at times. It's actually starting to annoy me they change the website once every 2 weeks with something new. It's not supposed to take 10 minutes to wait for your location map to load for you to click it... COASTAL- PLEASE STOP UPDATING THE PAGE AND FIX THE BUGS FIRST.THANK YOU.

If poor customer service, lack of details on products and dealing with people who have the organizational skills of 12 year olds is your jam...then this is YOUR PLACE! I gave them 3 stars because marijuana delivery is just convenient. That being said, I have driven 30 minutes and paid a higher price for an oz just avoid their dumb fuggery.

The staff are far from friendly, they are impatient, rude and are not worth calling for order inquiries. Their site offers no details on their product. They say you get what you pay for. For Coastal Canopy that would be a compliment or an improvement.I placed my order two hours before they closed @ 5 pm ( new covid hours) and at 4:54 pm i received an email advising my order was cancelled with no explanation. Honestly if it weren't for the cheap prices i doubt this company would survive. Their weed is subpar, full of seeds. Definitely a last resort option.

Ordered frim here 3 times the first time nothing came.The 2nd time ordered in the am and it didn't show up till midnight. This last order no response for over 3 hours and no communication. The one I dealt with was windsor/Kentville not sure how the others are but this 1 star rating is for the one I deal with not the others. I will say selection and stock also looks better in the other locations as concentrates and extracts are usually sold out. Not sure what the big excuse is but delivery within 3 hrs shouldn't be hard. They don't even respond to you when u message or email I will definitely not be using this service actually I wouldn't even call it that because a service is usually convenient and easy.

Honestly they must be going through some tough times. Originally the delivery times were spot on. 2-3hours tops, with very helpful chat support letting you know exactly whats going on with your order.Now though...your lucky if you get your order at all. the service rep who handles the chat, will either not respond at all, or will answer with a response that only raises more questions.Ive heard through the grape vine they have had troubles with drivers. So i understand the situation.Unfortunatly for now, untill they fix the situation its 2/5 for me.Update on the situation-Waited 3 hours to be told and i quote"it should be comin I swear and if u placed it before 5 it will be comin today" End quote.it is now 8pm, and i still havent recieved my order.I'm really hoping the service rep was just mistaken and not straight up lying to me.More and more i'm wondering if im dealing with a reputable company, or just a bunch of cons trying to act legit.update- The next day. Still nothing on my original order, had to order again. its been 4 hours now, and its looking like a repeat of yesterday.

I've ordered here multiple times, today being the 24th time I've ordered. Today, they must have decided my business was no good or something, as I went to spend over $120 and it has now been 4 hours no show! I contacted them via their website, and all I got was "We are busy buddies, sorry" What kind of customer service? If you're supplying a product/service, maybe work on the professionalism.

Ive ordered from here 10 or 15 times, half the time the weed is sprayed with flavour drops ( they will not tell you what kinds are sprayed) it's a guessing game, they're located 45 minutes away... I put my order in at 6, I called at 7 and they said it was on its way, 12 o’clock hits and I call again, they said they would figure it out and call me back it’s now 1:03 AM and no call, I’ve tried to call them but there’s no answer and the voicemail is full so I can’t even leave a message. My word this is the worst service I’ve ever had. Very upset with them!! I do not recommend them anymore.

My local dispensary likes to close early with zero warning luckily these guys picked up the slack and then some I live in Enfield and they had this up here in like 3 hours which was amazing when you have nothing. Delivery driver was funny and very nice. Small error in a type I requested but at the end of the day. Hard to complain receiving at your door like this when you would have to drive out in the cold otherwise. Thanks guys!

If I could give less then one star I would, poor customer service, instead of resolving a customer issue they give you the run around, and or Not answer the phone.. and even when spoken to kindly about the issue they lie... I would not recommend this delivery service... They lie about there product, and the lie on the phone when confronted.. Awful!!!!

Just made my first order, the order was just over 3 hours to deliver. We are having a Snow Storm so that played a factor in delivery time, also I live 45 minutes out of the city. The product was exactly what I ordered. The price was very reasonable. The driver was very nice. I tipped him $20 and he was very thankful and told me "No one Tips", which was shocking considering the service was As Described. I read all these Bad Reviews and was nervous but they are clearly just Cranky People with no weed lashing out lol this service is amazing, fully recommended. People, Tip your delivery driver, they not only provide a much needed service but they are out all hours of the night delivering your Sanity, is that not worth a Tip?! 🤔
