EDIT:I am extremely happy with the quick response. I went back into the store today and got a new joint amd they even upgraded it to a whole gram instead of a half gram. The staff were really nice and apologetic. I was happy they had a solution because I love this dispensary. I will definitely be coming back! I love quick problem solvers!-------------------------------------I go to this dispensary all the time and have never had a problem until yesterday. I bought two half-gram joints and when I left I smoked one of them and the other I didn't try to smoke until later that night. When I open a joint container it was empty. They sold me 1/2 gram and one empty container. I was ripped off and of course there is no refunds after sale. I go to this dispensary because it is close to my work and now I have to find a new dispensary because I don't want to be ripped off!!

I want to start out by saying Nick, the owner (don’t remember her name), and Juan (if he still works there) are the best. For me having people remember me after not stopping in for 6-8 months is huge. I used to come every once in a while but since I moved by Lloyd I don’t anymore. Just stopped in and both Nick and the owner remembered me, referred back to previous conversations and made me feel valued. In the past I saw Juan a lot and he was always good at making me laugh so I was thankful for him too. Highly recommend this place and it’s people!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guy who helped me (sorry I didn’t get your name!) answered all my questions and explained everything very well without making me feel dumb. They have a great selection and discounts on different days of the week (ex: cartridges are discounted on Mondays, tinctures on Tuesdays, etc). Also, they were out of the battery I was going to buy, so he price matched a different one. Added bonus: the inside of the shop is aesthetically pleasing.

Once you go here you will never feel the need to go anywhere else! This one stop shop has a cornucopia of delicious products, daily discounts, and loyalty points. If that's not enough to keep you coming back the people working there will! The staff is wonderful! Everyone is friendly, well informed, and because the staff have tried most of the products they can make recommendations and help you find everything you need. I no longer live in Portland but as long as this place is around I won't be going anywhere else

The best herb I've gotten at a shop thus far ... prices are steep... but you get what you pay for ... I was very happy with the quality of the product!! Bud tender was also very knowledgeable and was extremley helpful!!! Edit from 5 to 3 This place has gone down hill same prices...less quality... not what i like to see... i understand a larger portion like the mids but u search fir quality in abundunce ... staff is awesome tho

Collective Awakenings 86’d me because of a bad google rating- okay Donald Trump with the block button on Twitter. Virtue Supply Company my now go to dispensary when I don’t go to Archive - I also gave them a bad google rating.... they didn’t 86 me, they fixed the problem! And now they have 5*’s. Collective would rather bully people into its good rating.

The best most professional place for medical or recreational needs. The staff is knowledgeable about the product, current regulations and is peppy and ready to help find the product that is right for you! Everyone I know loves them, and is willing to detour on errands to get the better meds and service that is available only at Collective Awakenings.

Love this place! It is so classy, and all of the bud tenders are so helpful and patient. I wanted to make my own canna butter and they took their time explaining decarboxylation to me, and gave me excellent suggestions on what to do to make the best butter. My wife needs cannibis to sleep and every time we’ve come in the bud tender has made recommendations that are perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Collective Awakenings was one of the very first dispensaries in Portland. It is probably my favorite dispensary of all time. I love the life-sized tree in the lobby and the earthy, organic feel to the decor. The bud tending stations are gorgeous, and constructed of all wood and beautiful display cases. They print out classy menus featuring the offerings, with a description that really helps people make purchasing decisions at their leisure, and allows people to educate themselves privately. The staff is all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. It is an excellent store for medical patients, as everything they offer is of top-quality, and the staff really know what they are talking about. I definitely recommend this store to anyone hoping to have the ultimate Portland cannabis experience! Everyone should check this shop out at some point. I love it! Thanks guys, Sarah :)

Been to many pot shops around the city, but this place is it. Incredible, totally unique atmosphere. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. And then to top it off, the best bud I have ever bought. Absolutely amazing product. Covered in trichomes and sappy sticky. It comes at a premium price, but if you walk in and order the daily special, it is totally affordable. This is my go to shop now. Love it.
