The place is very clean and designed very well. The pharmacist Ahmed was outstanding. He was very courteous and understanding. He gave me a discount and threw in a free product on the house! I tried their product I like it a lot the pen is very smooth. I would highly recommend

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I came in feeling unwell and kind of wandered past the front desk. The security guard kindly told me what the procedure was for entering a dispensary (have to register before going into the store) and that someone would be with me shortly. Then Ahmed listened to me carefully, effectively explained the benefits of CBD and recommended 2 products and helped me make a choice. It was a very good visit and I can

Amazing energy here. I was treated to a world class hemp/CBD consultation, and feel like I was taught a succinct and concise chemistry lesson about how their products work in the body that also included a holistic approach to my to my physical and mental wellness.

I've been using Columbia Care for about two years now. I use the vape, pills, tinctures, and suppositories. I have multiple sclerosis and endometriosis. For me, the CBD products works well for pain and muscle spasms. However, the THC products works well for anxiety and depression. I'm so thankful for medical marijuana, I have the chance to not completely depend on opioids.

This place is great. A majority of the staff know their product, they're patient, friendly & helpful. The product is expensive but this has less to do with them as an establishment & way more to do with NY's restrictive system. I wish their 1:1 tincture were more affordable but it is a quality product & better in many ways that what's available at other dispensaries. There have been some hiccups over the months but they seem focused on ironing them out, and time has proven they're doing so successfully, if incrementally.I'd like to give a particular shoutout to Kristina at the front desk. There's no problem she's unable or unwilling to tackle. She's smart, compassionate, thorough, capable and determined to help where she can. It took her well over an hour, several phone calls & a lot of calm persistence to fix a problem created by my Medical Cannabis prescriber. He screwed me over, made an unbelievable mess & she cleaned it all up. She didn't have to do any of it but really helped me out.

This place is amazing. The gorgeous ambiance, the very friendly customer service, and the high quality products are fantastic. There's tons of light, great energy, very high ceilings, plants, and a natural wood design. It's all open space. You feel like you're outdoors, but you're indoors. It's unbelievable. A marvel of architecture. You have to see it. You need a medical marijuana ID card for the THC products, but they also offer a wide variety of CBD products that you can buy today without a medical marijuana ID card. They are open to the public, and you should definitely check this place out.
