Always a great experience at Curaleaf! The staff are so patient and understanding! It was easy call ahead they answered all my questions and concerns and had the order correct and packaged up for me when I got there! Totally impressed how they are doing business and staying socially distant with protection! Thank you for remaining open in this crisis!

I'm a fairly new patient and when I arrived at the front check-in my anxiety was kicking in and I thought I was gonna have a panic attack , but the gentleman at the counter started talking to me like we new each other all our lives, after a little bit I was feeling better then I was ready to go get my prescription when I was met by a nice and sincere woman, who which I could not believe the information she new about medical marijuana and I still go to this day..thank you.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Plattsburg Curaleaf..the staff was very friendly and had an upbeat vibe..The Curaleaf vape products are the best in the industry..their potency and quality are far beyond the competitors brands..Plus They Deliver to your home for free !I am happy to have found this oasis ..

I took a friend of mine out to curaleaf a couple weeks ago if you have a medical marijuana card and can legally purchase this is a place to go they have tinctures which are amazing they have liquid form some of the purest I've ever seen over 97% prices are reasonable for what you're getting Service as far as I've been told has always been fantastic if you have a medical marijuana card again curaleaf is the place you want to visit

Amazing. Have had a problem with the cartridges. Went and spoke to them, was explained that the only pens they recommend are the ones they sell. Their products are not promised to work in other pens. They gave a new pen & charger to see if that was the problem. IT WORKED. The pen we had was not charging right. All fixed now. Thank you so much.

Curaleaf is truly a great place to visit. All of the staff is very nice, knowledgeable and always greet you with a warm smile. Their product line is ever growing and the quality is always top notch. I couldn’t be more happy than the days I get to visit my friends at curaleaf Plattsburgh. Ooo and the the loyalty program is a huge plus. A++ rating from this guy.

This place is awesome! I can’t get over how easy it was to get in and purchase my medicine. They keep it very professional and informative. They offer a variety of product forms to cater to each individual, I personally like the vapes. They even have a point based reward system that adds up to give you discounts on products. On top of that I get text messages for extra points days and 10% off days! Even if you aren’t a patient, you can go in and they can guide you through the process of getting certified! They even walked me through the NYS website because I found it confusing. The staff here are so accommodating and friendly. You can tell that’s they take pride in their work and want to help every person that walks through the doors. If you are even considering becoming a cannabis patient, go see them!

The staff are more than willing to work with you to help you find the best selection. Weekly email specials and points build up based on purchases to be cashed in whenever you like which is a great incentive. They also offer a discount for Disabled/ Veterans/ SSI of 10%! Now the only day closed is Sunday, very flexible....They now have PEG free Vapes and more to come!!

This is an edit to a formerly five star review. The stars lost are for product quality .On multiple occasions I have purchased Pharmacannis vape products from both Curaleaf and Pharmacannis in Syracuse that have either leaked in the package or refused to work, outright. Vape oil strength is mediocre, at best.Original 5 star review below. Dedicated and helpful staff - the hours might not be so great, but the service is incredibly fast .
