Staff is very nice, as are the pharmacists. The office and waiting room are clean, spotless really. But the prices are very high. They can't tell what strain they are giving or what it's effects will be(ex:hungry, tired, giggly). Was hoping for something a bit better priced as well.

Great staff. When I first went they took cards, now only cash... mmmm...NYS only takes cash that's a little strange cash business with outrageous prices, NYS this is very odd and questionable. I will not go back until they take cards again.

My first visit was pretty simple though it did take twice as long as they said it would. The second time same thing for an express pickup I was there for almost 30 minutes. However, the staff is very nice and helpful I just feel they are sometimes understaffed. The first time I purchased the time release tablets 1:20 CBD and two 1:1 tinctures. The tablets are expensive but work wonders for my neuropathy. The tinctures are messy and eventually become leaky. The tops come off easily and towards the end you need to take off the plug and go directly in or else you miss out on several doses which again is messy and makes it hard if you travel with it. I like the effect the tinctures has for my symptoms but they are impractical especially if you have issues with your hands. I decided to purchase the vape cartridge hopefully it will be more to my liking. The other thing I am uncomfortable with is that the place is in a more isolated section of East Main St. and though they have great security inside I feel somewhat vulnerable in the parking lot. It make me nervous being a cash only business having large amounts of cash going in and marijuana products coming out. For the price it certainly is an investment and I would possibly shop in other places but I can
