Compassionate Care took care of my grandfather in our home after a major surgery, I honestly can't imagine how he would have recovered without these real-life angels who came in almost daily to make sure his recovery went smoothly. I found the clinicians to be very professional yet compassionate, per their namesake. In fact, they provided so much love during their care, that to an unknowing witness it would appear as if a son or daughter was helping their own grandfather. You all will forever have a special place in our hearts, thank you again and God bless you all.

My mother fell from her wheelchair and needed to get some help with physical therapy, she also had a wound on her foot that needed to heel. Derek, Patti and Drew have been working with her, helping her heal so she can get back to exercising. It's been very convenient, they have come to our home during a time it's tougher for her to get out. They have been wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. - Thank you guys!

My son has intermittently required the services of home health over the years. As a registered nurse, I am aware of proper technique, the importance of the interplay between the body and psyche, and he standard of care for quadriplegics. This is in addition to knowing the unique needs of my son. Compassionate Care has been exceptional. When I had a concern, it was promptly addressed. The medical team was open to suggestions and worked closely with his physician and family to deliver optimum care. The social worker went above and beyond to ensure the needs of the family system were assessed and a plan of action taken. The ancillary services provided by OT and PT were also good. When my son requires home health care in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Compassionate Care.

My brother has been a quadriplegic for over 30 years. During this time he has required the services of home health agencies on occasion. We found Compassionate Care to be one of the best. The staff is well trained and thorough. They have a holistic approach bringing in other professionals as neded. The communication between the agency, client, and family is fantastic. It is truly a team approach that exhibits compassion.

My mother needed home care after surgery and Derek came out to help us get things rolling. Derek spent two hours walking through everything from physical therapy to hospice care. He was a great resource and is a great professional, compassionate person. He was so patient in helping my 93 year old dad to understand was happening. I only have the highest praise for Derek and will recommend him to everyone in need of health care.

Great company to work for. Excellent leadership / management team that values it's employees and workforce in general. The company thrives on outstanding service to both patients and the community. Integrity is it's backbone and it's commitment is delivering the highest level of care. Privately owned firm that treats you like family. This company has a bright future ahead of it.

Compassionate Care does an outstanding job in providing competent and compassionate person centered care. In a day when "We'll be there" often means 'we might show up,' Compassionate Care means what they say and DOES what they say. I've had several occasions when the service they provided a client made all the difference between going home or going to a nursing home. I would recommend Compassionate Care without reservation.

My mom is completely bed ridden and compassionate care started coming out after her last hospitalization. Everyone from Nurses Derek Brown, Linda, physical therapy Nick, Amanda, and another Amanda are so considerate and so nice. We’ve had other places in the past and they just give up but I would say compassionate care really does care. Thank you so much for having such a great staff!

My uncle has received excellent care as a client of Compassionate Care Home Health. His nurse, Kate makes him feel at ease. She not only addresses his medical issues, she provides patient education so, he understands the parameters of maintaining optimal health. In addition, the staff provides an amazing teamwork approach not only with the patient but with other auxiliary staff, physicians, and family.

Chai, The Physical Therapist, was assigned to help my legs muscle back in shape successfully. I enjoyed the floor elliptical machine and the other workouts. He is a very pleasant person to work with. He has given me guidelines to continue working out on my own. His supervisor Ralph is a good person to speak with and shows care towards myself as a patient. Highly recommend Compassionate Care Home Health - FresnoNurse Lacey, Home Care Nurse, was assigned to provide care for both my legs skin condition caused by Cellulitis Edema. She was very well manner and have applied proper dressing to help heal my skin condition. Her experiences have shown the successful cure on both of my legs. She has given me proper tips in maintaining my skin condition like elevating my legs, intake of salt, and sugar as well. Thanks to Compassionate Care Home Health for providing Nurse Lacey for my home care !!!!!
