Overall very happy customer here. It’s such a refreshing change after 13 years of Chicago and San Francisco pharmacies. 😀The pharmacy staff is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly—I’m always greeted personally, with a smile. It’s nice to receive a call from a person when prescriptions are ready...almost always same day. Also a huge bonus, they offer delivery—even to the west side—free of charge (though a tip is always good instant karma).

My scripts were faxed over Thursday afternoon to be delivered on Friday. They didn't read the script and sent them to an old address. It's now Monday after 6:00 an still no medications. I have heart meds, blood pressure meds, and insulin that I have to have. My Dr ordered my diabetic supplies and they came through the mail and arrived today, but still no meds. I need suggestions for a pharmacy that delivers when needed, not when they feel like getting to it.

I purchase diabetic socks from the apothecary shop. I called out there to see if they had any in the store (I bought all they had before) They told me they had three pair. I specifically told them they had to be white, not black because of my graphing on my foot. I drove out there and they had 3 pair put off the side of white with black soles & toes. I was pretty upset that I drove and wasted my time & gas. I told them on the phone I wanted 10 pair ordered, they said I had to pay for them up front. They charged my charge card before they have even ordered them. I checked their pegs where my size hang and they had all the other sizes on the peg. I would think they would have there merchandise ordering more under control. I asked them if I needed to order my stuff off the internet seeing as they have a problem with running there store and they told me I was being rude.

Thank you Apothecary Shop forDelivering the most Awesome Recliner with lift on the most hottest day of the year. I am impressed by the Quality of the chair. The through way the chair was sold to me in the store. The chair with lift was measured to my size . I felt very confident about this purchase

Do not support this disorganized, over priced den of incompetence. I went in to get my Year to date records only to find that the employees failed to document any of my 2017 purchases on my account. The excuse every single time is "sorry I'm new" whenever something goes wrong. I had a valid prescription for my syringes and they refused to fill at the pharmacy making me use the minimum wage front desk. I will never give them my business again. I would rather order from another state or drive hours away then support this place ever again.
