worst experience with a dispensary by far. Called today to place an order... askin questions about a few products listed on menu & she didn’t know a single thing bout what I was askin. Am Not sure how you even landed this job. Called back again after I did my own research since she couldn’t help me and got some1 else who was very rude and impatient with me.. so I said no thanks I’ll go elsewhere. Now I know where not to go. Do better- Hello. Am not sure the names... but It was 2 different ppl from the 1st call and 2nd call so it was not the same person..but I know I called a litle after 6 pm. Not happy with the customer service at all. Was very disappointed.. just wanted to place an order and got horrible service. thank you for replying maybe I come back if there is good customer service & friendly educated people’s

This dispensary is the best!! One stop shop for everything- edibles weed wax cartridges etc ALL FIRE!!! love everythin I purchase from this dispensary never had anything bad from here which is hard to say for other places I been to.. you guys kill the game foreal! Friendly & knowledgeable budtenders. Dahlia & Christiana!!! Amazing people very attentive and so helpful. Curbside pickup has been great & organized.. its never a long wait. highly recommend!!!!

The employees were very kind. Eager to help. I read multiple reviews before going & was kind of disappointed when I arrived. Unfortunately they did not have much of a variety of flower. What they did have was very shaky so I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have whatever you're looking for, stocked. (GREAT prices though!)They had only a couple options of edibles as well. The shop itself is very clean, what they do have is well organized. This place definitely has the potential to be amazing, just make sure u call ahead!*They give you a free preroll for your first visit*

I was really excited to live 2 blocks from a dispo. I have given this place 4 chances. They have really friendly staff, but here are my qualms.1. Went on a Sunday during posted hours, but they were closed early with no post about it on social media or no sign on the door! 2. Lack of selection...I'm usually getting shake crumbs of whatever is left. Their wax grams are $50+. That is not sustainable for me.3. They had a "Broken system" all 3 times I had a transaction there, and I had to teach the guy how to add 6% tax since he had to add the total up manually.

Five stars is nowhere near what corktown collective deserves. I give that location ten stars easy.Not only did they have what I’ve been looking for in the dispensaries around Metro Detroit, but didn’t have any luck finding; corktown also was also able to recommend multiple strands that succeeded the high I was looking for. Also they have CBD treats for dogs as well, which made it a one stop shop for me and my dog.

I love this place!!! Best place in Michigan, in my opinion. They have everything you may be looking for. From edibles, concentrates, CBD, weed.. etc. I have been coming here for a few months now & never had a problem.. I always find what I need..Not to mention, the staff here is incredible! Dahlia is a very knowledgeable Budtender, very friendly and super passionate about her job! She will most definitely guide you in the right direction, and makes sure you are nothing less than satisfied! Very attentive and helpful gal. I love the games they offer here to win a free preroll. Highly recommend corktown collective! Nothing but the best!

Good product but even better customer service. Shannel has a warm welcoming energy that I absolutely feel in love with she made me feel right at home. I will most definitely return to see her. She lead me in the right direction as I was looking for something to help me relax and get a good nights rest. Great hospitality I left her a nice tip just for being so pleasant

I love this place. I've been to ALL the major meds spot in Detroit and down 8 mile. STOP!You arrived at the Best in Detroit, BAR NONE. Newbies old heads will love the people no1. The product Quality is superior to any in metro Detroit. No, it's not a warehouse size facility, however great things come in small packages... This place is a Great thing😍😍😍😍

First time there today and they made the visit fast easy and enjoyable! Courtney and I cant remember the other guys name buy him as well were wonderful budtenders and helpful. $10 any gram on Tuesdays is amazing! And the mini games they let you play when you come in to win something is very fun and unique. I love this place and this will be my new spot to come

Excellent customer service. It was my 1st time here & I enjoyed how the bud tender showed me how the flowers looked under a magnifying glass. I got a bullseye on the dart board & received another free gift. I bought a edible called Trix it was wonderful. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in the area. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful
