Best dispensary in Roseburg! Great customer service, atmosphere is always pleasant, the selection of bud is good and enough cannabis products to satisfy the cannabis consumer. Brandi, Ciara, and Ian are first class Budtenders, they patiently guide me through the selection process and they call me by my first name. Very good customer service. You guys Rock!

I went in an asked the bud tender specifically to look at the 6.00 grams an she showed me three different kinds. But I had stated to her specifically that I can only smoke indica marijuana due to sativa makes my anxiety go into a anxiety attack. So she then showed me the one that was straight Indica which was called MELT DOWN an so I told her I would like one gram of that kind. But when I returned home I got out a bud to smoke an as I'm smoking I'm noticing that I'm feeling anxious so I then look at bottle that the marijuana came in and it said a different name which was called ACAPULCO GOLD that was one of the sativas she had shown me. Needless to say I went into a panic attack. Me and my boyfriend went back to the store to let them know that they sold me the wrong weed and they thought it was funny and the young fellow with the long brown hair said that she would be alright and laughed. Needless to say I had to go to the hospital that next morning because my anxiety was threw the roof and to make things worse I was just diagnosed with blood cancer which I told them and that I use the marijuana for my pain and they looked at me like I was lying to them. So you want to say that professional people work there ! Well I beg to differ. July 25,2019..

My name is samual Hayes I came in yesterday and got purple punch was supposed to be 2grams and at 10 dollars a gram and it looked light when I got it home weighed it it was only 1.2 the guy turns his back to you to weigh it out I don't like that I go to another place can get purple punch for 3 a gram and then gg#4 an eighth for 20 dollars I will never come back to your club unless people can greet me and make me feel welcome cuz I sure felt akward being in that place sorry but worst place I've been in Roseburg so far and I have my olcc and I can make people feel more welcome than some of your employees the guy was kinda rude acted like he didn't want to be there and was not very helpful with a budget

A couple days ago I "cheated" on my regular dispensary (mainly out of curiosity) And tried Cougar Cannabis.From the time I walked in till the time I walked out the treatment I received from the staff was outstanding. the lady who was on duty tonight(Sat.Feb.4) Answered all my dumb questions and didn't make me feel self-conscious about it.And the decorations put me at ease. You guys F:+$#ing ROCK! New happy customer

I rarely leave reviews however, the experience I just had at cougar cannabis I feel I need to. I loved this place and have been coming in since they opened. The people have always been friendly but today 05/12/2017 at around noon the guy working there was extremely rude to me, my mother and sister. He was unfriendly, angry and had no interest in even appearing to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Sad because now my sister and mother both believe this is what a dispensery is like, given it was their first time. It doesn't matter if they say they have the best prices in town, you now in my opinion have the worst service. You should always treat paying customers with at least basic kindness. I won't be returning.
