I highly recommend these guys if you need your cell phone repaired. I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and the screen was cracked from dropping the phone in a parking lot. I went to and called at least 5 different cell phone shops and these guys were the only shop that was able to get the parts and repair my phone. After the new screen arrived 3 days later I brought my phone into them and they had it repaired in less than an hour and a half. The phone looks brand new and works better than ever. They were also helpful in getting the insurance from my credit card to pay for the repair.

First off I had to wait a week for my screen to come in then another 2 weeks for something cause my phone was fuzzy and then they gave me my phone and the lost the sim card trey holder. 1 week later they get it but it dosent fit my phone then they order another 1 1 week later now here is my phone all together. Would never go their again. Go somewhere else.

Be careful! I walked out of here with a phone more broken than when I went in.Broken screen on my iPhone. Josh quoted $99 to replace the screen said it would take 30 min. When I returned I was told that my home button no longer works. After asking him about it several times he finally admitted that he accidentally cut the cord. He refused to make it right and still wanted me to pay full price for the repair and only offered to put in a new home button that wouldn’t have the same functionality – and the touch ID wouldn’t work. After giving him several opportunities to correct the situation which he denied, I walked out of there with a phone that I can’t even use. He wouldn’t even repair the piece he broke unless I paid him to fix it. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else to get your phone fixed. If you look at other reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. This was downright fraud. I am filling a complaint with the BBB. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different repair shop.

Norm is great!! I highly recommend this place for your cell phone repair needs. My phone stopped charging randomly (or so I thought) last night. I took it in today and Norm was able to diagnose and fix it for me within a couple of hours and for, what I consider to be, a reasonable price. I will be returning here for any future cell phone repair needs!!

I brought my Google Pixel 3 XL to CPR for a screen replacement. They ended up damaging the front camera and ambient light sensor AND shattering the back glass in the process. The photo you see with this review is how I got my phone back from them. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they did not. I asked for a full refund and was denied. I'm now left with a defective $1,000+ flagship smartphone and am also out the $242.24 paid for their services. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your smartphone repair needs.

Technician really tried to repair my iPhone 7 but it turned out to be a software issue corrupting my chip set. He performed many parts repairs but to no avail. Very informative with my questions and info on the inherent issues of this product. He didn't charge me a penny. I'll be heading back when I need more repairs and would recommend this shop highly.

I went into the Chandler location and an employee named Jensen greeted me. I told him there was something wrong with my charging port, he took it in the back, analyzed it, then I heard a noise like a vacuum, he came back out with my phone, I put the charger on it and it worked. He said it was only a build up of pocket lint. He didn't try to make money off me and tell me it was something that needed a repair. I wouldn't have known. It took 5 minutes. And he didn't charge me anything! I would recommend CPR to all my friends after going there. Jensen is a good knowledgeable and professional employee. Thank you Jensen and CPR!

After a battery replacement gone south at a different repair facility, I contacted Jensen at CPR Chandler. He was able to retrieve all my files, plus more, from my torn apart HTC 10 (which no one likes working on, much less has the experience to). I receive a replacement HTC 10, with a worn out battery, of course. Jensen transferred all files to my new phone, as well as replace the battery with no issues. This gentleman knows what he is doing. Outstanding service and thorough knowledge of the products he works on.

This place is absolutely the best! I brought in my iPhone 8 that my son had dropped out of my car on the highway and it was run over multiple times. I thought it was a goner, it had pictures of my mother that are priceless to me. I brought it here thinking it could not be fixed but wanted to see if they could recover the pictures and to my surprise they were able to not only back up and recover the photos but they were able to get my phone up and running again! I am going to recommend this place to everyone. Thank you CPR!!!!!
