Three years I've been going to Crystal Vision Optometry. Today's visit is always the same. Dr Leena, Dr. Sue and Rep. Joe and the rest of the staff are always Professionally Sound, Extremely Knowledgeable and they are Always Ready to answer any questions we all may have. Absolutely love this place! I thought I’d be wearing glasses for the rest of my life. Crystal vision has help me care for my eyes so I could get lasik. Their lasik recommendation was amazing. My after care with Crystal Vision has been so great and easy. Everyone is kind and helpful. The new location is gorgeous and easy to get too. They use technology to help with appointments and reminders and for a busy gal on the go I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Very nice Office thought that I would try a new doctor seeing as though I have been going to target for many years. i stumbled upon this new location next to my Tailor.I must say I will not be returning to this office nor will I’ll give them my business. every other conversation from the office manager to the doctor was an attempt to get more money out of my pocket and not willing to offer any type of discount As I was Was getting 2 prescriptions done.Not very personable at least to me. kind of felt prejudged also she thought my insurance coverage was Medi-Cal.last time I checked MES is pretty good insurance.

Great customer service. They have a variety of frames to choose from and help you find the perfect shape. The girls were very helpful. They helped me and my mom find our frames. The frames they found for us were different from what we would normaly choose but once we tried on the frames we just fell in love with them. I am definitely coming back here for future appointments. The optometrist was nice and professional.

Dr. Adhikari is the absolute best optometrist my husband or myself has ever been too. She is very thorough and she shares details and information about each step through the exam (which keeps nervous little ones nice and calm). The entire staff is welcoming and attentive, we feel well taken care of there. We are so happy to have found Crystal Vision Optometry!

Over all, everyone is super nice. The only complaint is Marissa at front desk is extremely pushy, and had an attitude. Also, she was telling me i only had ten more minutes for my training on contacts when she knew i was having a hard time after i just spent 125 to be rushed and told “your doing it wrong.” Jordan helping me with the contact fitting was extremely patient and kind as well as my doctor.

I was displeased with my encounter with this office as a whole. Many minor things that were an extreme nuance when undergoing something as simple as an eye exam. Since I was unhappy with the exam, I chose a new office to receive glasses. Upon 3 different attempts to fit my glasses, I continued to have visual problems. At this point the new office thought the prescription was the issue, and recommended having another exam performed.I called my insurance company to state I was unhappy with my original exam and they authorized a second opinion.Upon new examination, the prescription was changed and corrected.I would not recommend this office.However, I will state the offfice staff was genuine in my many trips to the office.Kevin

My son started going here after my pediatrician said he might be farsighted at 2 1/2. It’s incredibly difficult to diagnose a patient who is shy and doesn’t want to have an eye exam, let alone able to communicate on demand. Well, Dr. Leena Adhikari did an excellent job because at our pediatric follow-up (where they use a vision camera), they said that his vision was 20/20 with his glasses. That is amazing! Dr. Adhikari is patient, and gives you her undivided attention during your visit. I’ve had an exam myself as I hadn’t had an eye exam in 15 years, she is super friendly and personable. Love this place!

Me and my family wont be coming here Anymore! I took my son to get checked his vision was fine was prescribed the LOWEST prescription. My son has IEHP so I didnt want to pay much for his glasses because first of all he didn’t really need them. I asked the employee if the glasses he picked were covered by IEHP and I was told YES!! But that the lens where not so i had to pay out pocket $25 for the Right and Left Totaling $50 which I Paid. Then I was asked by a family friend why I had paid If iehp covers glasses for kids! which I didnt know at first. I was told those glasses were covered by the employee she even went to ask because she wasn’t sure and they told her yes the glasses were covered but that I had to pay $50 for lens because supposedly IEHP doesnt cover for the prescription lens! I was LIED too!! Now they are saying we choose glasses that are more than what IEHP covers!! That was all a lie!! I filed a grievance and now im taking it to dhc. All they want is money even If you dont need them they will prescribe them they take advantage especially kids they dont know so parents beware make sure your kids really really need them my son doesnt even wear them because he sees no diference with them or without them! They are Money hungry. Wont be coming back

Dr. Adhikari's service is always excellent.The staff are very helpful. The new office is nice and conveniently located near the 15 freeway.Even though we live in Brea, we have no reason to go elsewhere.
