Had the pleasure of visiting Curaleaf last week...Friday. Nice, Clean, Friendly & A Very Knowledgable Staff! I had many...many questions. The staff was extremely patient, helpful, caring, understanding to my Medical Conditions & gave answers full of information as well! Love the products I bought & felt well educated after leaving Curaleaf! Thank you All so Much for your care & concern!

First visit in Curaleaf! Nice space, great staff, had what I needed. Prices are comparable to some dispensaries and better than others. Different strains that I have not tried yet. Long way from my house, but free delivery during the week is great. Limited time on that offer. Great discounts and looks like they will be having many promotions.

The staff is great never had a problem with them at all very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. however the products here are not as good as some of the other dispensaries and to be quite honest every time I go here they are out of everything they don't seem to be able to keep anything in stock. I know there is a high demand however I have been going to trulieve on Beach boulevard you get the same friendly courteous knowledgeable staff and I have never been there and they were out of product they seem to be stock very well and their products are phenomenal.Part 2.Went back to the dispensary today and it's the same story they are out of just about everything every time I go in there and they told me they would have another shipment come in on Thursday. I'm not sure how they stay in business when they never have any of the products..Part 3.Still the same issues at this location just keeping you all updated. Are there always out of their products they cannot seem to keep bait pens not sure if they get small shipments or what. but I frequent several other dispensaries and they are sometimes out of a few products which is to be expected but this location seems to always be out. I stopped by here last Wednesday I stopped by yesterday and I stopped by today and they have no cartridges ... None!!!! How can you be out of cartridges for almost 4 days straight .....

By far the best Jacksonville has to offer on medical marijuana products. Usually has most items in stock. Closest location to those stuck in St Johns county.

I've been to this location 5 times. Every time was a waste. They never have all products available. Very poor customer service, seems like they don"t even know their own products. Tried to order several different products online and over the phone, was told the order was good and would be ready for pick up, only to be called by a very rude customer service rep who told me they in fact did not have my order and hung up on me when I asked to talk to management. Went to Trulieve out on Beach. Little bit further drive for me, but well worth it. Got in and out super fast. The staff is really knowledgeable. The products are way better, both in selection and availabilty. So from now on they will be getting all of my business!

How can u send yr customers emails with sales then have nothing in stock tell them the day u will have and continue the sale but still have nothing in stock. Dealing with the traffic is too much of a headache to continue to go and not even be able to buy anything.
