Customer service is horrible.I'm sorry, but it's true.The staff needs to be more humble. No "hello, welcome to Curaleaf, may we see your card". Their first question: Straight to asking may we see your card. Listen if your allowed quest with you, you should also be allowed to speak to the representative....and only because my brother in law is new to the whole sence, I try to speak to this one rep that cut me off completely and said she was only allowed to speak with the patient, I was just trying to help out my bro.we did end up Qwalking out because she was nasty...

Today, my Fibro was so aggravated and my entire body felt sore and painful to the touch. My husband had to help me walk into the store and the moment Allison saw me, she immediately offered a seat to which I gratefully accepted. The spasms were so intense that I couldn't even hold my cup of water, spilling the contents all over my thighs, I was so embarrassed, and I couldn't stop the tears from my own frustration at not being able to handle this on my own. I couldn't even get out of the painful haze I was in to pay attention to my surroundings. It was one of my worst days, and those associates saw it and reacted with kindness and consideration, another associate even took the time to approach my husband and I and offered her empathy and strength to us, letting us know that I wasn't alone. I did not get the name of that associate unfortunately, I do want to thank her profusely. And, of course, thank you Curaleaf (Dadeland) for hiring associates who have the ability to empathize with another being, and for the patience of the associates when my own body refused to cooperate, and my mind was in a pain induced fog. I got my meds, and I was able to come back to my home and relax. And obviously I am already feeling better! I am forever grateful!

NO PARKING. BAD FLOWER.I had a 5 star review but had to bring it down to 2 stars. Why? Bad Flower and No Parking.Flower or bud has to be the first thing that is stocked at a dispensary, Trulieve has much better flower. If you have to go to one dispensary choose Trulieve over Curaleaf.....better quality medicine. Trulieve flower is almost always over 20%...at Curaleaf, the flower is always %16 or 17%....not worth 47$ an eighth.Curaleaf flower EXPIRES 30 days after you buy. Trulieve flower expires 1 year after and hits harder in a bong.Also there should be parking for this store, you shouldn't have to give your car keys to strange Valley people, in the building next door. Ridiculous.

The people at Curaleaf Dadeland are wonderful, very helpful and they have new vapes that taste excellent. They are no longer harsh on the throat and they have higher concentrations of THC, also the plastic mouthpiece is awesome! I like coming here because the staff is great and always informative.

So as soon as I walked in around 1ish I was welcomed by the person that gets your i.d. really nice guy I didn't have time to get his name because soon after I was called quickly to the register to meet with rafael great great guy super informative great personality definitely coming back. The place inside looks very modern welcoming and fun lol thanks curaleaf.
