You have to conduct your own swab and dump your vials in a lid that EVERYBODY touches. Unsanitary if you're trying to reduce the risk of covid. Also, it's been a week and I still don't have my test results back even though they said 2-4 days for the results. The attendant was nice but overall if you can get tested elsewhere I recommend it.

Employees aren't familiar with transfer function in app. Pharmacy does not get transfer requests however you'll received a confirmation email stating that the prescription will be ready in 4 hours. Employees have argued that the transfer function in the app doesn't exist when clearly it does. I've placed a request in the app and placed 2 phone calls from in the last 3 days and still waiting for prescription to be transferred.

If I could give less than a star I would. I was notified by their text system that my insulin was ready to pick up. I did not initiate the med request that came from their system. But I was treated like I was the problem. The Palm Springs CVS has system problems but worse is their PR is terrible. The regular staff are nice but the professional staff has a disrespectful attitude.

CHAOS REIGNS!! This pharmacy has the absolute worst management, with minimal personnel filling prescriptions. Chaos reigns every single time I go- especially in the evening. I've waited so long in the drive thru that I've had to call into the store from my car to ask what was going on- only to have the phone ring and ring on a loop, never answered. Complaining does no good at all, zero.. management just stares back at you with blank expressions. The worst thing is that despite the numerous complaints, and there are many- nothing ever changes. It's appalling and the store managers should be ashamed how they allow their customers to be kept waiting and waiting with no explanation. Why they refuse to properly staff this busy location baffles the mind. Having all of my prescriptions on file transferred to another pharmacy. After being on hold tonight for over 53 minutes, I've had enough.

Shorted a significant portion of prescriptions multiple times without notice, last time with significant consequences for me. If you value your health go elsewhere. This place rates a zero.

This place honestly has the worst service imaginable, I refuse to go back here after the past few experiences I’ve had. I’ve had an employee toss my receipt at me, I’m lucky to ever get eye contact or a word out of anyone when paying sometimes, or today while waiting in line for 10 minutes another person walked in, cut the entire line and when I stated that I was next in line I was told to “wait my turn”. The service is just flat out bad here every time I’ve come it’s never been a pleasant experience. I will not spend my money here any longer. Special thanks to Gabriel for the main provider of terrible service every time I’ve gone👍🏻

The worst.Rude girl Lanasha.... rude pharmacist Kyrollos.m .I have been sitting in my car at the window for an hour. They finally have the prescription but can't process express scripts. I say I don't have express scripts I have a discount card. 20 minutes later I have to pull up my card again . She says come inside the pharmacist will help we don't know anything. When I come inside the rudest person ever behind a counter named Lanasha.She processes the card ...duh...and then says we have to fill it now stand in line. Rude lady behind the counter inside. The Pharmacist is rude and too busy to help me at the window. He tells me I wont have to wait inside but that was a lie. I ve been coming here for years but this is the last. TERRIBLE pharmacy. I love CVS but twice now this pharmacy has failed to fill any prescriptions even when calling ahead. Last time I needed two prescriptions filled, I went at my pick up time and there was nothing in the system, so they had me go to the drop off counter to have them filled and the girl was extremely rude as if I was the one bothering her. Then I come back in two hours, only one prescription was filled and the other one had been ignored, so I had to go back all over again later. That was three times in one day. Then today, I requested the Rx yesterday, I came an hour past the pick up time and there is nothing in the system that is ready. And I made sure to double check I was calling and using the correct location. I will never use this CVS again. I am changing all my pick up a to a CVS in Palm Desert, 30 minutes away. It is farther, but at least I only have to visit it once and receive superb service.

Can I rate this Pharmacy a ZERO ? if I could I would. The most incompetent RX I have ever been to. They leave you on hold forever. They text you your RX is ready, but its not in their system when you go to pick it up. (this has happened 5 times now in 3 months) This entire store needs some management training or some new staff that actually cares if you will return or not. I am embarrassed for this store and their staff. A bunch of incompetent people who can care less about customer service!!

Educate your cashiers as well as MANAGER on the payment methods that work.Spent over 3mins when used samsung pay, with transactions processing on terminal and cashier as well as manager being adamant that it doesnt work (used it many times before on same location, almost everytime hear same -wont work).Despite showing them the transactions done via SP before, and telling them that they need to treat it as regular credit card charge, didnt listen.Only when finally took physical cc out to use then he pressed the button , and the SP WENT through as I kept telling.#Dissappointted
