Good quality. Good prices. Sadly not a five star, the black security guard at the front is beyond rude. I was telling some of the staff and no one likes him. I’ve gone in with my cell phone plenty of times. I’ve even taken pictures inside with that paparazzi poster they have with their logo. I asked if it was okay. So, I walk in today With my cell phone and Tyler working at the front was pretty rude about it. At least ask me in a nice way. I just don’t get why you have to be so rude at work and to customers. Everyone is so nice once you enter the back room to buy your weed. I would recommend they put people at the head of the house with really customer service skills.

Although I would normally rate it a 5 people without masks are being allowed in to an enclosed space. All the same air is circulating and all it will take will be one person to affect the public and staff.05/02/2020 Edit: When I visited this past Friday there were two people without masks in the same room as I. The review was not meant to "damage" your business but to notify you of the shortcomings. I am always open to update my review when I see the change in place.

Love this place. It's very clean and well lit. The budtenders are friendly and patient and know their products. The Watsonville/Pajaro store is easy to get to from southern Santa Clara county. The sales are super and they even have a senior discount. If you're a senior and ready to try cannabis or cbd products but you find the San Jose dispensaries intimidating, try Santa Cruz Naturals, either store. I think the taxes are less too.

So I got 2 carthriges. One half full other didn't work at all. I drove from Hollister back to exchange them. manager JJ said we had a lot of returns on this carthriges but I had to pay the difference to get a different brand. I thought customer satisfaction was number#1. I would of been happy just paying the extra money on 1 but I ended up paying an additional $25. Won't be coming back.

Awesome dispensary! Have an amazing staff that's friendly and knowledgeable, and have some pretty fair prices. Has an entire wall of clones if that's your jam and holy cow, the concentrate menu is HUGE! New go-to for those tasty tasty club dabs, would get an easy 5 star if the prices were pre-taxed so that way I wouldn't have to do crazy head math to figure out how much I'd be able to get! Overall a super dank club and I *highly* (heehehehe) recomend them!!!
