This place has great product but they need to step up their customer service skills. You would think they would encourage you to look around and be happy to answer your questions. Wrong! The representative (I didn’t get his name) but he was young African American gentleman, did not have the time of day and was incredibly rude to me and others. I would hope the manager and owners of this shop would take notice. You will quickly be losing a lot of business if you don’t treat your clientele with respect. Keep in mind, there are plenty of other shops to choose from.

I wish I knew the guys name who helped me, because that was some of the worst customer service I have ever received.The best way I can describe him is that he looks to be of Indian decent. You would think that someone doing a customer service job would have general knowledge as to how to talk to people, however this guy just doesn't get it. Myself an others have encountered his horrible customer service and your management does nothing to correct it. Until this issue gets addressed I will not be returning to your business and I will be telling all of my friends to avoid this place.

Honestly love the grove ! Has the best prices in town and they only charge 12% taxes aren’t 30% like everywhere else... I’ve been coming here for a while now and my favorite budtender is Gabriela!!! She’s the best always recommends the best exotic strains, has a positive attitude and never rushes me. The last 3 reviews are so appalling that I had to clear the air and write a review myself as a LOYAL customer, every time I come in Gabriela is the sweetest and I always wait for her even if there’s a line just because her spot on recommendations. Frankly anyone who doesn’t come here is missing out because they have the best deals in town!

Today was my first day ever going into a dispensary. Needless to say, I was nervous and didn't know what to do, or what I wanted. I had plans to look around and browse a bit, see what was in stock and just get a general feel for the place. Enter Gabriella. She asks my friends and I if we will all be making purchases and before we can even answer, literally scoffs and rolls her eyes at me. She calls someone else over and demands that he helps us instead of her. I've never felt less welcome in any store in my life. My sense of wonder of the first time in a dispensary was immediately crushed, thanks to Gabriella. I felt like I couldn't ask questions, because I was just a burden on Gabriella's work day. I was a chore, and any question I asked was met with an eye-roll, as if I should know better. I will never be going back to this establishment.

First time in a dispensary, I was excited to see what they had in stock and the store itself looked very nice. I'm giving 2 stars because the store itself looked great and most of the staff seemed friendly. But our attendant Gabriella couldn't have been more rude and inconsiderate. She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't know exactly what we wanted to purchase and wanted some recommendations. Honestly, my experience with her just made me want to leave as soon as possible because of how unwelcoming and rude she acted.

My first time at this shop started very nice, with security and check in, but the moment I was helped at the desk my experience became so awful I will never go back. Without a greeting Gabriela asked if everyone in my group was making a purchased and once I answered "Yes" she rolled her eyes and scoffed in response. I asked for suggestions and she gave me little to no detail about any of the edibles other than flavors. I was embarrassed by the situation after bringing my friends who freshly came from another state and that being there first experience at a dispensary. I found the rest of the staff friendly, but this first impression was terrible.

Nice, but expensive. 45.00 for 3.5 grams as a recreational patient. I do miss the days of medicinal marijuana. No point in getting your license unless you need a lot of flower, to consume or grow.The fees involved are la mesa cannabis fee, ca state tax, and la mesa sales tax. See attached receipt.

My home shop. Good products, average prices, friendly and helpful staff. It's clean, has parking, and is located in a little nook that just so happens to be very close to my house at the end of my evening commute.Medical only, but they have an iPad to hook you up if you need a doctor's recommendation. Cash only, but there is an ATM.I recommend parking in the lot to the left of the building instead of the spots in front of it. It's just a lot easier to see traffic and pull onto the road from that direction (in the front spots, the view of oncoming traffic is usually fully obstructed by the vehicles to your right).TL;DR:I high-ly recommend. PS: if you're into cartridges, try the Bloom Farms live resin. Blueberry Muffin is the stuff of legend. Manna from heaven, my friend.

The grove is an awesome facility! It’s super clean, friendly, non intimidating, and got great product! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was nothing but genuine, polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anybody! Right next to breweries which is awesome too! Super easy to get to and easy parking. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
