Horrible customer experience. There are two really great employees there that if you go there when they are there you will have a great experience. I try to shop small business, but I can't with this shop anymore. I tried giving feedback only to be blocked by I assume the manager who helped me. Try other small business that are still doing phone orders insteadThe owner claims this was during covid which just shows the kind of person he is. Rather than face criticism he deflects. This was two months ago and am happy to share the DM screen shots. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Great shop. Great owner. Very unique top quality products. More than the same stuff you can find at any head shop. They've also been around for ages and is actually rather iconic. Even if you haven't herd the name. You'll recognize the logo. Not only do they act as a head shop but they also contribute what is some of the finest straight top shelf cannabis to the community. The SFV is quite cultured when it comes to the Weed game and we have it down to, something too beautiful to be called science, so it must be called Art.

Usually, these kinds of smoke shops have disinterested staff and inflated prices. Thankfully this couldn't be further from the experiences I've had at Daddy's. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful and prices are fair. They won't try to sell you more than you need, but also carry quality products worthy of investment. If you're looking for glass, and accessories for all your smoking and vaping needs, come to Daddy's!

A lovely young lady named Trisha helped me pick out a new water pipe with the right fit at the right price. She as well suggested a great bag to help protect my belongings. I couldn't have been more greatful for her help, and being easy on the eyes, I asked for her recommendation on cleaning my new purchase which she pulled out her two favorite. Bought one for her as a thanks for all her help. She is incredibly knowledgeable, clever on the comebacks, and a lovely lady! Thank you Trisha

I recognize there our signs posted in the shop.....but I can not stand an establishment that does not stand behind the products they sell! When you purchase a device, regardless of a factory warranty, the retail establishment should stand behind what they sell. Wasn't even looking for a refund, I was looking to exchange for a more expensive item, but in typically stoner fashion....they refuse to stand behind what they sell. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN....and I await they day they close down because their customer service sucks!
