Top Dispensary in San Diego Lab grade products.🔬 I highly recommend stopping The best dispensary experience I've had. Loved it so much I came back the next day! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Let me and my partner browse the selection and take our time. This is by far the best dispensary in the San Diego area and I will be back! 2020

I came during a busy time however it was ridiculous how unorganized staff was outside for people in line for recreational use while medical use was able to step in and out w/their purchase. Staff was just standing around until I decided to just go in myself and make my purchase. The budtenders inside we’re helpful and I left happy w/ my purchase.

Boooo URBN LEAF. I stopped in on my usual Sunday, all the deals are available that day,only time I will go unless neccasrry. I asked my tender to pull my last deal and duplicate it understanding the flowers could be different. All good until register time . Last deal $238. This time $256 without the connected pre rolls. It took a couple managers who authorize the discounts. He told me that I got away with one . I asked them to duplicate my deal and I was told NO because I was given the wrong discounts. Instead of saying hey man we made mistake we will hknorbthis deal one last time knowing it was in error I left with out giving you my $256 sale. I have been super loyal to this place I have never been in any other dispensary besides Urban Leaf. Looks like I'll be making some field trips today.

Super sad. Bladed from downtown and got there with 10 min to spare with a quick order. They told me they were accomodating existing online orders only. I've been an UL delivery customer for years. I'm moving on to a new delivery option. If time is of essence, set up a roped off line, close it at cut off and post a notice on the website. At least I got some excercise!

All these reviews just talk about great customer service and selection, lets talk about quality. This place has such consistently poor product quality. Flower is always overly dry and crumbles in your hands, leading to incredibly harsh smoke. I experienced this with 2 different strains. My friend also experienced the same problem MONTHS later. You have to spend a lot of money in one go to get a good deal. Like $130+.....you can get a lot more bang for your buck from Natural Healing Center. Take your business elsewhere.

As I was visiting this beautiful state I happened across a little store called Urban Leaf. It is an amazing Herd shop that has all your needs. I saw Edibles in packages on the walls to Pre-packed and Labeled Herb, to THC Carts (with some deals that are impressive). I daw Dabs as well. They sell the Battery’s for your thc carts too. I bought and smoked a pre-rolled joint of some Green Crack. I fell in love. Every purchase you get an airtight bag labeled with the shops name. It’s professional, slick and EXTREMELY clean. They’re also practicing social distancing very well. The only down side is the individual who was helping me, (the best customer service I could’ve asked for, so I won’t use their name)was not wearing a mask or gloves and put their hands on a lot of items. Everyone down to security at the doors was wearing PPE. While it’s not required, it’s discerning to see the lack of thought into what that choice could do to your customers. These are troubling times. We must take all pre-cautions. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone asking. Just bring your own PPE ;)!

First timer and absolutely coming back. First question from the tender was "How are you?" Not "How much do you want to spend?" I really felt like the budtender knew the product they had available and was trying to find me a smoke I'd like based on things I told him I already enjoyed. Didn't feel like he was trying to make me spend more than I needed and was more than happy to show me multiple flower even though I told him I was "just getting a gram". Love the brands they carry as well, good selections of flower! Definitely the best dispensary I've been to in San Diego, looking forward to the next time!

Every time I'm at Urbn Leaf I get to experience a tailored service and it's arguably the best I've had so far in the county. None of the budtenders like Bo have ever tried to upsell me or rip me off which is immensely appreciative. Weirdly but cool enough the longest I wait in line is 3 to 5 minutes so that's either luck or it's just mean to be. I love coming into Urbn Leaf and even better, they love my chihuahua puppy.

Train your staff better. I used to come in here all the time for their ounce specials as a med patient, but the prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The last time I was there, you had a really unprofessional check in person in the front who asked me if my shirt said “diabetes” after laughing and telling me I had a funny shirt. I was wearing a hope for the cure type shirt, and being a type 1 diabetic I’m not sure why she thought being a t1d was funny but it did make me feel uncomfortable shopping with you guys.

Prices are laughable and should be criminal. This is definitely a spot for tourists. No serious California smoker would ever go to a place like this. I read their prices online and had to double check they were even in CA. Their prices/quality don't come close to the dispensary I have already been going to. Not even close. Please shop around and get the true value out of your money or at least something much closer than this. Boo!
