COVID19 EXPOSURE AT THIS LOCATION AS CONFIRMED BY GENERAL MANAGER SAL - NO SAFETY MEASURES TAKENHAIR IN FOOD AFTER CURBSIDE DELIVERY WHICH LED ME TO FIND ALL THIS OUT.THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID19 AND NO PRECAUTIONS WERE TAKEN, ALL EMPLOYEES WERE EXPOSED YET NOTHING WAS DONE. SAL IS THE GM BEHIND THE STORE WHO DOES NOTHING BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Went for Lunch on Tuesday, I have been to many Olive Gardens Restaurants, But I don't think this place is ready to reopen to the public just yet. Waiter got our order all wrong, limited people allowed to dine in , about 5 tables at a time. Wait time was ridiculous to get our order, waited awhile for our drinks, Then we were told the bread was not ready, finished our soup & salad, we had to ask for bread stick which finally came, we ordered lunch specials, brought us large entrees, we told them it was wrong, But they charged us. Waiter had to go back twice to get the manager to make the adjustment on our bill, I finished and wanted to leave already, Manager took her sweet time, we waited for her about 20 min to come back out with the correct price. I don't know where the waiters head was, everything was wrong, Manager not on top of it, won't go back to the Whittier Olive Garden again!!

The website freezes when trying to place a pick up order. I called the restaurant to place order by phone and staff was rude, this after being placed on hold for 10 minutes. When we arrived to pick up order it was very unorganized. Again staff that seemed like they didn't want to be there. Not returning!

The food is really good, I just wish they had a spot or two in the parking lot for to-go orders. I had to park at Laurel Square to pick up my food and by the time I walked all the way back to my car and drove home my food was cold. They used to have 2 spots designated for ordering out, but they disappeared a few years ago. Would be nice if they put them back. Every other restaurant in the neighborhood has spots for to-go orders. I would probably order from here more, but I hate the hassle of trying to find a parking space.

The manager Is very down to earth I talk to him a few times. Yesterday the manager came to table and give my daugther free kids meal. She was very happy. Usually service and food is good. I been coming here for over 15 years and usually I dont wait long for table. The waiters usually come around often and fill my beer or bread sticks fast or salads ... that's what my tip is based on 15 to 20 percent.

Olive Garden always a GREAT place to go for Italian food. I think the service is a hit or miss at this place. I don't like the fact that my so called appetizer came out the same time as my soup and my meal. It's a VERY BIG MISTAKE. Why call it an appetizer, if I'm getting it the same time as my meal? Ultimate FAIL. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

As Whittier being my hometown this olive garden is the one i visit the most. This evening i came as a party of one and was quickly seated which was nice. My server was named Carlos but i must say it was clear to see that i was his last table to be sat before he went home. Unlike all the other guest i wasn’t offered a complimentary wine taste like usual. Carlos was tad bit quiet and didn’t mention any specials to me. Luckily, i overheard the specials from the sever who was helping the table behind me. After she assisted her table i asked for her to give me a list of the specials and she did. She checked on me occasionally even though i wasn’t her table which i really appreciated. After her checking to see if i needed a refill on my drink i had to get her name because she was doing an excellent job at not only taking care of her tables but taking care of me (Carlos last table). I was eventually then transferred to Natalee. So thank you Natalee. I was having a hard day and you made all of the difference. I hope next time servers who are about to go home don’t get seated again because it’s not a good feeling when you feel like your server is eager to leave while you’re just trying to enjoy your dinner.

I’m waiting for the order to be served. I have not been to Olive Garden for a long time. And very surprising that the breadsticks came much later with no plate. We asked for plates ... then had to ask for olive oil & balsamic. 🤔 such a great change in service. Soup of chicken yoke was too salty and the salmon picatta looked better in the the picture on menu. The salmon was delicious and not dry although overwhelmed with the sauce and surprisingly a thin slice. The Spaghetti was okay and amount good for someone who’s not hungry. Time to look for another restaurant. The great part are the servers who are very helpful .

I've always enjoyed coming to this Olive Garden the staff are really friendly and there are some exceptional waitress or waiters that help you at this location compared to any other location the food is always excellent the hostess are really nice so one of the things that you have to make sure you don't come when it's super busy try to come early or a little bit later from peak time.
