Feedback:

Coming here at 9pm is not full , but not empty. Leah the cashier , I assume is new. The customer she is currently is helping has WIC. Leah doesn't know what she is doing and has asked another cashier for help 3 times . She even asked her manager Martin for help. They came over to help her and left as soon they did. I have been in line waiting patiently for the last 45 min. I had a lot of little items so I didn't want get them all in the cart and put them back on . This was such an inconvenience. The manager didn't apologize, the cashier didn't apologize. Customer service is a huge thing for me and they were horrible, starting from the boss all the way down to the guy who was sweeping, to the cashier. I will never come to this food for less again. Saving a dollar or two isnt worth the headache and the waste of time. Service was so freaking horrible. I am sticking to stater Bros from now on. At least there they open other lines if there is more than 3 ppl in line and they care about the customers time.
