Helllo, my names Anita! I’m from Austin Texas and I stayed downtown Denver for a night on my way to Utah. My boyfriend stopped at a shot downtown and we were disappointed, everything was really expensive and not even really an impressive quality. I stopped at dank and everything was half the price of the other shop and Cassie (who was super adorable in her alien shirt) was sooooo helpful and informative and friendly. I felt like I was hanging out with new friends. She seemed pleased to make the sale which made me feel good about making the purchase. I had a problem with my card because I had met a my limit for that day and she offered to set everything in a bag aside for me so I can run back to my hotel and get cash. So I did and she kept her promise, they had a paper bag with my name on it. She looked like she was leaving but she walked back in to talk to me and it made me feel super welcome. Her manager, I think her name was burney (Barney?) or Vanessa, helped me check out because I think Cassie has already clocked out and I told her how much I enjoyed Cassie and she told me she was gonna give her a gold star which were help her get a free ounce which not only made me feel like my compliment was helpful and rewarding for her, it made me feel good about supporting this business because they treat they’re employees well. She mentioned that they were hiring which made me feel like we were friends and we could totally chill if I didn’t live like three states down lol. AND THEN SHE GAVE ME A FREE BATTERY FOR MY CART. Ugh. I’m never going anywhere else. I love y’all.
