Worst customer service and smallest variety in products in Anchorage 3 YEARS IN A ROW. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE LOWEST RANKED ON GOOGLE AND EVERWHERE ELSE. NO YOUR RESPONSES TO BAD REVIEWS OR 10% OF MY NEXT PURCHASE IS NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE UP FOR THE DISASTER YOU CALL "RETAIL". CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS IS NOT THEIR FORCUS. Manager has never heard of customer service. Every single time I go in there i am so horrified and uncomfortable with the bad or lack of service that I ask for a manager just to be told the rude person in front of me IS THE MANAGER. I am a cannabis marketing consultant and have NEVER experienced the poor or complete lack of service like i have at Dankorage. Get a new manager. Provide some training for your employees. As convenient as they are located I and EVERYONE i know will drive out of our way just to NOT HAVE TO SHOP at Dankorage. Literally every.single.dispencery is better to visit and spend your money at. ALL OF THEM BUT DANKORAGE.

I like the location but it's way too pricey. I'm sure their aware that their competitors charge consistently $40 per 0.5g($54 at Dankorage)and $80 per/gram($120 at Dankorage). That's a lot a money, if you go there frequently, your wasting on for the same volume of product. And you cant stack points with discounts. Anywhere else accumulated points gained by spending money at their establishment is usable on deals and discounts they offer in-store. Thats why me and many others chose to go somewhere else. If they want to continue to be a business in the next 5-10 years they really need to stop overcharging and accommodate there point system with in-store discounts. Spent a lot of money to get these"rewards" from points and I cant use them on deals to maximize my savings just to give them more of my money. Bunch of BS

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable to say the least. If only other businesses operated under such welcoming, curtious and professional standards. It is the location I recommend when asked and will continue to do so. Good job to the Dankrage team....Check them out.

Im really not this kinda guy to leave comments like this and I will change my rate if experience changes. Sadly I might not go back. I bought 4 preerolls .5 grams they smelled off from any weed I've ever had and the amount if stems and what looked like shake was all I actually got. Again I'm not this type of person to leave a comment like this. Not a good experience!

It was so great to meet our Alaskan Budtenders. Update July 2018: What a huge change, from the product quality to the store. The whole place is updated. Nice TVs on the wall, menus updated, high quality atmosphere and nice people.

Ya'll are silly, someone needs to figure your text message system out because you really should stop resending old texts, if it doesn't have a deal/sale in the text don't bother sending it to me. Lol 8th day of Christmas on Dec 27, no 11th day of Christmas and resent text about 1st Saturday of 2019-yesterday. I see you guys are selling the low thc content to us and smoking the good stuff for yourselves! Crimeny, share man! I wanna forget what day it is too!Otherwise, love your employees, very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Thank you

12th time going in and getting subpar service. Good product, the employees that have experience show, new emplpyees need a little more training before being unsupervised on the floor. A bit less than half the times I've been in, at least 7 experiences, were met by the security staff and cashier staff, alone, in the front of house. The cashier being rude or unprofessional, nothing serious. My last visit, I got home to find that half of my order was wrong. Ordering 2 skywalker, 1 berry bomb and 1 Sherbert cookies, I guess the cashier heard "1 skywalker, 2 berry bomb and 1 Cheese x VRB(something like that. Which wasnt even on the menu). No idea how you mess that up, guess I need to check my orders before leaving. First time this has ever happened to me

Quality is low here. Go to great northern cannibis off 4th ave./F st. Definitely higher quality there for the same price or less. Or you can wait in a line that’s 10 deep and taking 2-3 min per person. No joke!!! Also, dankorage employees seem put out by having to explain the different types of products. So this as my first experience going to a marijuana dispensary. As I entered they brought me to a section where I could choose what type of bud or edible I would like to purchase. I was a little disappointed with their minimal selection. But I could be wrong because I haven’t been to any other weed stores so I don’t know if the selection they have is normal or not
