Im used to nail salons waxing and when I came here it was very different. The wax was good quality and the waxing its self was less painful and well worth it. They took me without an appointment and they were welcoming and very nice. First time getting my chin done and I was surprised by how painless it was. I wish I had remembered the name of the lady that helped me I believe that woman was chloe. I might be wrong. I'm not sure but she was very easy to talk to and very gentle. She knew exactly how to get the left over wax off.Very great experience

This business is no longer family friendly. After over a year or loyal service, I was suddenly unable to be in the room with my daughter during service. She is a minor and i have a right and need to be present. They insisted it was policy. What are they trying to hide that I cannot be present?!Then, Rachael did not test the material as my daughter was slightly burned. After voicing concerns regarding the service, they demanded I return to European Wax Center for future treatments.The operations manager was extremely rude and I will never return! I also heard Brittany and Rachael gossips about their customers!! Stay away!After burned my daughter’s leg I made the decision not to continue with your service not You! You are advertising doing hard waxing but I saw Brittany using paper wax and left marks on my daughter’s leg. When I told her not to use she didn’t like it! That’s why You guys decide not to be in the room with my daughter. So you guys can do whatever you want when she is alone! I didn’t let this happen! Don’t tell me about your policy you have 9 years old customer Rachael mentioned! After you burned my daughter you afraid! Why didn’t you tell me you don’t give service age 14! My daughter laughs about your lies and happy to go service somewhere else! Instead of lying you should focus safety of your employees. Rachel and Brittany mentioned you are forcing them to do Brazilian for males! Rachel mentioned she had some bad experience.

Good service and nice technicians! Just FYI do not show up late! Especially if you have a short waxing appointment, because you won't be seen and have the chance of getting charged 50% of the cost of your appointment. Their app isn't too user friendly but is useful once you get use to it. Parking is extremely limited past 10am so plan accordingly, especially if you drive an oversize SUV or truck. Update on my previous review, you can’t shop up late but your technicians will usually run late themselves..

Booked an appointment with Rose to get my full legs waxed, she was so friendly and really made you feel relaxed. She used hard wax as well as soft wax and it was great I usually have areas that are much more sensitive then others but even then I didn't tense or cringe once and I usually do. You truly leave OC Waxing feeling pampered and very happy with your results.
