Hiring All Aspects was the best decision I made in regards to my wedding. Simon was very communicative during the months, weeks and days leading up to the big day. He was easy to reach via email and explained every detail thoroughly. I can't say enough great things about the day-of team! They were very professional, accessible, friendly and quick with set up and anything else that was requested of them the day of. Everything went so smoothly and in large part it's because of this team. I loved the fact that All Aspects assigns one team member to check up on the bride and groom periodically. My husband and I were well taken care of by our point person as she made sure we had something to eat and drink at all times.Everyone raved about the food! We had people of diverse backgrounds and the Mexican food buffet pleased everyone, including Latino guests who are very familiar with authentic Mexican food and can be hard critics. At the food tasting, my parents and I requested adjustments to be made to the food (e.g., less spice on the meat, etc.) and Simon took care of it all without any hesitation. The portions are generous and the team packed up all the leftovers for us to enjoy. Our guests didn't hesitate in taking leftovers home!I kind of wish I had another event coming up soon just so I could hire All Aspects again. I know I would have nothing to worry about with them.
