Been going to DC since buds were in jars at the old location. It was a 5 star club for many many years!!! I'm only writing about flower. Now thanks to CA rules beyond their control it's all high price... more
Feedback:
I would normally give a 5 star rating as I am usually very happy with the service and products. However, the last time I was in I purchased a disposable vape pen. I had no idea that it has to be charged as there was nothing in the box to charge it. I have no way to charge it so I am out the $32 or so dollars it cost me. I asked about it today when I went and all that was done was showing me a cable that I need to charge it, they would be letting their vendor know and a disc. on a future one. Why would I buy a future one when I can't use the first one?? Again, I usually am super pleased with this place but with barely getting by in these times, $32 is a lot to throw away. P.S. I am sure I will not get a response to my review. I came back to see if there was one.

I've tried different brands of flower at different price points and overall it's been of unpredictable quality. Some brands are good but others are expensive and awful. Wasted a lot of cash finding the good brands and they sell out quickly. Cannabis has gone from a people's herb to an expensive elite product that the poor, old, and working class can't afford!

So disappointed. Every time I go there the bystanders have no clue about any of the weed strains or what is in them. Not only that this is the third time they gave me the wrong products I asked for. Yet only found out when I got home. Not reliable as well. Plus they never or stopped carrying products and say their going to get them in but never knowing when. But not tell costumers either. Don't go. There is always construction as well never the same.

I've been a customer here for years. Before the regulations we voted into place hit, they used to have top shelf choices where I could smell what I liked, and then choose it accordingly. They wore gloves when I was selecting my stuff and never touched it with their bare hands. Things were weighed out in front of me, and I could get what I needed for under 40 bucks just about every time.Now it's different. I know the regulations have caused prices to go up, but at this club the prices seem disproportionate to clubs I've visited in other areas of Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The quality isn't always there too! More than a couple times in the last few months the medicine I got was just not that strong, and I had to come back again to get more, only to be given a tough choice: either pay the high dollar price for something that might do a better job, or buy another less expensive dry crumbling jar.Over the years a lot of things have changed, as I can say. There are a lot of positives; this place has friendly staff who always try to help you, and if you get something that doesn't work like a vape battery or something like that, they'll do whatever they can to make it right. But the costs are starting to outweigh the benefits. Sure a smile and a helpful attitude are great, but when you hit the bottom line charging exorbitant amounts of money for what amounts to people's medicine turns me off.Last night I was turned away when it was 11 minutes before 10 pm and I needed medicine. It wasn't a life or death situation, but I felt I arrived early enough to be able meet the deadline. Granted this, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they might have been busy and there are certain laws about when they're allowed to be inside the building etc; but it's the last straw for me. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Been looking for a good store with good people, and this place isn’t it. Horrible service and girl at checkout is rude as hell. Don’t recommendPlus their top shelf green isn’t “Top” .. I spent $100 on what they said was their best green and it was trash.

This review is overdue as DC Collective has been beyond solid with their customer service! I totally enjoy vaping using Kurvana carts and for a few months I had had some carts that would clog or leak as they (kurvana) adjust to their new cartridge design. The entire staff has been super friendly super helpful and completely understanding with those issues and always take care of me. I have always left there fully satisfied. I am sure they would take care of you or anybody who has a concern about any products or situation regarding the products they are selling.DC COLLECTIVE has seriously earned my business with CUSTOMER SERVICE and AWESOME PRODUCTS and SELECTIONS.

I went here and got some bud only to come home and open the prepackaged container, which I found to be completely empty. It barely smelled like weed at all (there probably wasn’t any weed there for some time). I called the shop and they weren’t very helpful at all. They said something about how this hasn’t happened in the last 2 weeks and the best they could do is give me a 10% discount. I really thought this was poorly handled on their end. I was very disappointed. Never going back again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Even if the empty container was an accident on their part, the least they could have done is handled this in a better way.
