Easy ordering and excellent service. This was my first order with Erleene's Flowers and I will use them again when I need to send flowers to my friends in the Pomona area. My friend loved the flowers and told me the blooms lasted a very long time. Erleene's did not add a "handling charge" like so many florists are doing today, and the delivery fee was VERY low and reasonable to deliver to Chino Hills, which was outside of their normal area. Very pleased with the service. Am getting ready to send Christmas flowers to the same friend and will use Erleene's for sure. Thanks

I ordered online the night before a loved ones funeral and the next morning I received a call letting me know that they were out of the flower I ordered, but that they would replace them with something else or give me a refund. I opted to let them replace my order with a spay of their choosing. I was pleased when I saw what they had sent -it was a beautiful spray that I was proud to have my name signed to. Thank you Erleene's Flowers! Wonderful job!

I used this florist for the first time to order for Mother's Day. I called first, to confirm that they deliver. The person answering the phone was courteous and helpful, and directed me to the website. I easily ordered the Blooming Dish Garden online. It was delivered timely and my mother said it is beautiful...she loves it! I will definitely use this florist again!

Well, i ordered the flowers on a Friday night, 2 days before Mother's Day. I requested to get the flowers delivered the day of Mother's Day. I assumed that they were going to take all day to deliver or that they were going to be super busy and get them delivered the day after Mothers Day. They got delivered the day of bright and early!!! Everything came as ordered. I would definitely get more deliveries from them.

I needed to send flowers to a friend who is in Casa Colina hospital. Since I live in a different state I was unable to go to a florist and choose an arrangement so I had to call a local florist and order flowers. I spoke with Robert at Erleene's and he was so helpful in assisting with the arrangement. I had seen a picture of an arrangement on line but they did not have those exact flowers so he was able to make up an arrangement with similar colored flowers. My friend was so excited with the arrangement and they sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers. Thank you Robert for your kind and professional service.

Erleene has been my florist for 5 years now. She used to be the manager at Pomona Flowers but she went into business for herself, which I am so grateful for because her prices are so much lower. I recommend this flower shop to anyone interested in fresh cut flowers for any occasions. I just got a quote on my wedding and once again I’m impressed. I LOVE ERLEENE’S FLOWERS!
