I've been coming to Deep Roots since the day y'all opened to the public. I have had the distinct privilege of being served by many of your wonderful Budtenders, but Beau has been the kindest gentleman and so patient with an old southern woman like me! He's an outstanding member of your team...I'm privileged to know him! Thank you for not only having an outstanding (and knowledgeable) team, but outstanding products that are superior to any other I've tried in the state!

Had the worst experience at deep roots harvest and I was a new customer. No one mentioned anything about wearing a mask I made it all the way to the cashier and back out of line before the security guard asked me why I wasn't wearing a mask when he made eye contact with me when I first walked in his desk is right by the entrance. Second of all there is an older woman who apparently has no patience the products listed on their website do not specify whether the pre rolled joints have CBD or not and the lady exclaimed I should know what I want before I get to the cashier but no indication on their website which pre rolled joints have CBD and don't

The staff is always personable and pleasant! Kristine makes you feel like a friend who you’re seeing again every visit! Saul and other floor associates always make me laugh and make the drive worth it. Mike & Eric in management are stocking the selves with good greens and nice variety! Happy I finally found a shop that sells honey too! The vibes here are the low key and help me shop happy.

The boss Mike is absolutely stellar at making sure we get the right products in when you need them. They’ve run out a few times, but always try to help to make it up and still get you the product you need. The rest of the staff is stellar! Kristine at the front has been awesome since the very beginning when I worked with her in the old store! Always wonderful to see all the best people working because they remember and take care of you.

I love Deep Roots, the products and most of the staff are great, but the wicked witch at the check-in desk could go and not be missed. She’s short with everyone, has no sense of humor, and is the absolute worst person to ever deal with if you have any problems at the dispensary. She uses the security like her own personal henchmen, even having me removed one time because my ID had expired the day before. She did not let me explain that I could show her a temporary license or anything, just yelled “Security.” I left without needing to be escorted out but did not return for over a month because I couldn’t stand to see her again. So anyways, great shop, but please replace the wench.

Carlos was awesome such a great manager and is always working! Kassi and Kristine were so sweet and answered all of my questions. Deep roots is by far the best in customer service and selection out there! They have something for everyone and are always out for your best interests! Out of all Dispensaries I've been to this is by far my favorite! And nisha! Shes always there and has helped me the past 4 times! Shes so good at her job!!!

Wow I had a great experience at this place Miranda was such a great person to get help from she was very very helpful! Next time you should go you should see if Miranda is on shift she’ll answer any questions that you have! And she will relate with you on any level! In the past two years I've only been coming here everything! Between the professionalism of the staff, prices, and diversity and quality of product, you would be wrong to pass this place up. Today I was talking to Mike the manager and was explaining all of the new stuff that has come in and coming in, and he was very helpful, explained everything to me and was excited to help. This is what sets apart Deep Roots from the other dispensaries. Kristine at the front desk is always friendly with everything and I have never seen her, or anyone else not in the mood to help and to make sure I get the best product I can. Seriously guys show some love and come down to Deep Roots.

A tad over priced compared to Vegas....but I love the staff and always friendly and welcoming. Nothing bad to say what so ever. Just feels like I'm walking into an airport. Brought up an idea and wanted to bring it up here. You guys should put recycling recepticals outside your establishment. I see your bags getting thrown away outside in your garbage bins all the time... It would save the environment and money.

Clean, friendly staff, but why START paying double the price, plus 21% sales tax for something already available for purchase tax free? That's right, I said TWENTY ONE PERCENT SALES TAX on top of prices that are double what we're paying already. Fun place to visit but I'm grateful it's not the only option for buying flower... Thank God for "dealers" because legal sales are nothing short of stealing!!
