Really tasty food but I'm might just be a really big eater to justify giving this place 5 stars for the medium sized portion, the price, and long wait. If this place increased the portion size or reduced the price, it would definitely be 5 stars. They also have a DJ so depending on what mood your in or who you're going with, this can be a plus or a minus. Overall I'd recommend trying the food but make sure youre not too hungry (or a big eater) and willing to pay about 20 dollars for yourself to be satisfied. I recommend the New Yorker

This restaurant has a walk up and order then take a number to your table setup. The staff seem to be genuinely concerned with the customers experience, and the service was quick even at 10 AM on a Sunday which is quite impressive. The coffee was decent. Better than most restaurant coffee I’ve had. However, the pumpkin pancakes were underdone (or possibly extra moist from the pumpkin content) and the turkey sausage was a little dry.

My business partner told me about BB after landing at SAN I made my way there. Interior is vibrant matt pastel neon color LGBTQ friendly. I was so hungry I just grab menu glance over and order what I think is good at the time. The service is phenomenal they really care and check up with every guest no matter how small or large your group is they just want everyone to be happy and satisfied. Got the DAYGO really fresh and hot made with oversized croissant scrambled eggs sauteed onions and chopped peppers. Cheese is gooey and stringy just the way I like it. Wash it down with glass of pineapple juice and I'm done with breakfast get going for the day. Good and shareable portion. I understand when you have a new restaurant some things need to be changed. The only thing I had an issue with is "the bouncer/ host". This is a restaurant not a club so the bouncer looks like he doing more of a sidewalk control. The bouncer took 1st come 1st serve even if the people ahead of you is a party of 8 as opposed to our party of two. At least my food was good, I had the New Yorker without the bread. The place is small but the decor is so cute. One star taken away for the bouncer and not a host and also not being organized.

This place is outstanding! Came in from the Bay Area and had to stop in when I heard the Elite Lux couple from Homeless Millionaires owned this. They have hooked us up with our mansions and chefs in LA for years. They weren't in, but I tried the New Yorker and it was Crazy good! Big portions and the hash browns also top level! I'm spreading the word.
