THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employee was rude and unapologetic about my order being late. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there wasn't one in today. I will definitely be calling tomorrow or Monday to definitely get my money back or store credit. No where when I ordered did they ask for a specific time or tell me what their delivery window times were. If they did I would have made sure they would be delivered. I know it's not their fault for the system being screwed up. But I'm out 65 bucks. With fruit and balloons that wasn't meant for myself. The girl working there did not care about my situation at all. Didn't care that I was unhappy and CRYING because I was so frustrated and disappointed. I will NEVER shop at the edible arrangements ever again. I know they don't care but maybe this will help someone who does care.
