Tried calling on Dec 23 to see if they're open and there's no answer on the phone, the voicemail isn't set up either. then I went in on December 30th and actually went there to find a sign that said that they are no longer open on Mondays. I tried calling and again no voicemail or answering machine. Update your store hours and set up a voicemail account. I'll probably be looking for another dispensary because this is the third time that this has happened.

Honestly I hate Ann Arbor’s flower prices and selection you can go 30 minutes away and save a ton...except at Om! From the moment you are greeted and enter their shop you notice the attention to the little details. Their flower is exceptionally cured and a phenomenal quality! The budtenders are all super knowledgeable and are quick to help fit medicine solutions to your needs! Please support this exceptional example of what a dispensary should be!

This is the worst of the worst dispensary’s I have ever been too. They have no selection compared to the dispensary right around the corner.The packaging is very poor and I found seeds in my marijuana. So anyone who is thinking about going to this dispensary, your better of buying from the street or another dispensary.very disappointed 😒😕

Not well informed on what they sell. They do not have a lot of the items they say they do on their website. I drove all the way from ohio. When I got here , they told me they did not have what was on website. They told me they dont update it that often !!!! Do not go here. Bad bussiness model. Not much of a selection to choose from either. I cant wait for ohio to open dispensaries. The ones in Michigan are getting less n less variety every time I come. Most of the time either prices or selection are wrong.

Decent selection, but service was incredibly slow just for half an ounce and 2 pre rolls took around 20 minutes and i was the only customer. Extra aggravating since several people were eating lunch which is fine but at least 2 other employees were just talking. Like I understand if it's a one person thing but maybe do it a little faster? Maybe I'm just nit picky but I've had far better service elsewhere.

Depot town is a great dispensary. Not sure what all these other negative reviews are all about, but I very much enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff that are always waiting to answer any questions I might have. I have yet to be disappointed when I leave.Bud quality is on point.

I came here to check it out, was pretty small place.. The display buds are in clear cases so you can only smell through little holes, you can't touch it or smell it properly. I got two 8ths, one bronze strain and one silver strain, i felt like the prices were kinda high but i got a free pre-roll joint.I got home and the buds looked good at first glance but they just broke apart into dust when you tried to handle them, way too dry and seemed stale too! I'm pretty sure they tumble the buds for tricomes or something cause i grinded up the whole 8th of the cherry pie and got like zero tricomes in my grinder. The free pre roll was not even labed with a strian and felt really dry like powder was inside, I only smoked half of it and threw it away.I think that was the DRIEST and most STALE bud I have ever bought or smoked, I don't know how this place is still in buisness.. The people that gave this place 5 stars are prob friends or relatives or just retards that never smoked good bud before.. I will never go here again!!!

Came here for my renewal today and it was great. Very friendly and helpful group of people work here. It didn't take too long before I saw the Dr and was on my way to the post office to mail in my paperwork.(I did come by a few days prior for info and asked to take the paperwork home to fill out which made my visit go pretty quick)

Their prices are high. $10grams are weak and mid grade is like $16gram, taxing to use debit ($2.25 extra), plus they called me to verify I had a good experience and the guy who called was a dick. I tried to ask the caller a few questions about the dispensary he represented to be sure I was giving accurate opinions of the place I was critic-ing , a the guy was being standoffish. For example. I say, well where is this dispensary. He responds "Ypsi." And I say "where?" And he gave the address like a dick. Then I tried to describe what I remembered about the place to possibly see if I had it right. He just sighed and said "it's a dispensary what do you want from me?" I replied "have a good day" and hung up. Dude was a douche. And your prices suck! What dispensary calls you...just to be an ass about it

Downright horrible.. Let's see first off they're bugs always have tons of leaves or a trimmed horribly. There's usually more sticks and Stems then there are resin pods. Way overpriced for that fact and considering it's the same strain from 2 other places in Ypsi they're pretty stupid for trying to jack up the price. Far from all that I always see kids standing outside waiting for their buddies to come out so they can go and smoke so good job for helping the community. Then they won't even give a reasonable 10% discount to vets with actual disabilities and completely disrespect all of the people in the neighborhood that aren't tourists or hipsters. With in there the other day to buy something and the person working told me they didn't blame me for not buying anything because of Howell the debit card systems hooked up and everything is way overpriced
