Against my better judgement I decided to purchase Desert Bloom Releaf Center's shady house brand THC Vape Cartridges and it's clear the cartridge has been used and tamptered with. At first noticed all the oil in the cartridge was pulled to the top away from the vents and then when giving it a test pull I'm shocked to be greeted with a mystery fluid waiting in the mouth piece of the cartridge. After thinking "ew wtf?" and choking back my disgust I noticed the cartridge's strange color, horrible smell, and taste. When calling and asking about their return policy the lady on the phone told me that there was no return policy, as well as no quality assurance. I like the wide variety DB has. However, some flower was very dry and brittle and seemed as if it had been overdried or old. Definitely shouldn't have been the regular price. As far as staff, it's hit and miss. I either get someone who is happy, loving life and more than willing to answer questions and help. OR, it's the other end of the spectrum; short, blunt and brief and answer questions with very little elaboration. They have no customer relation skills. Getting these dull, discourteous and Ill mannered employees will harsh anyone's buzz and damper the high. Overall, personnel needs to be adjusted but great variety of choices they have.

Been to others....d2 both.. desert has better quality and fair prices.. reception to call is a Hassel though hard to get anyone on phone.. busy..worth the wait if you can get someone to answer.But they are extremely nice.Will not go anywhere else! Plus option to get delivered! Nice!

This place has the worst service I have ever seen. My boyfriend put a delivery order in at 4:30. He is told it's going to be 4 hours and he is okay. The 4 hours came and went and no delivery. It's now after 9 when they close at 10 and he has received no update on where his order is or if it is even still being delivered. On top of that when trying to call to get information on what's going on, they dont pick up. Ever. Now, he is left without MEDICATION. Its ridiculous the service you get now a days.

I switched from another dispensary and am super happy!The delivery service is same day (usually within a few hours) and has been a total LIFE SAVER since our car broke down, and now a pandemic where I can't get anywhere.There was one incident where someone didn't take down my order when I called in at 11am but when I called to check on it hours later is when we found out! The guy that answered was super nice and apologetic and they made sure to get my order out as soon as possible.

Wait times YES. Open when others closed YES.They are no different than any other place....Ups and downs are life.Pandemic has everyone waiting and rushed. Then compile that with a State wide curfew...Desert Bloom was able to fill our curfew appraoching, late emergency order when another dispensary closed its doors on us, literally.Desert Bloom was open, understanding patients need meds. It is the kind of place thats there always, in a pinch. Shaking in pain, crying, wearing house shoes?COME ON IN...Awesome theres no judgement. Its the kind of place you feel like a patient and a person. Thanks DBLOOM you guys came through when we really needed you.

I used to like coming here until I had a prob with just 1 female about not having my id one time and let them hold onto my phone with 2 pictures of both cards and ever since then I’ve been treated like a dog, and also was on hold for about 10-15 mins just so I can get a pre roll and ended up waiting a total of 37 mins inside and checking out, I’m not saying stop coming here but they needa start recognizing how to treat a loyal customer. I come here literally almost every other day like cmon

These people steal allotments from patients and nobody really knows because no one checks their allotment after the fact I did put in a claim I did file a complaint with the Department of Health they will not get away with this they're destroying a program that we work so hard to achieve in Arizona and its people with businesses like this is why we can never have anything good in Arizona yes I am in the process of complaint is in with the Department of Health they will pay for this

Very slow at non-personable. More interested in socializing with other staff. No deals on ounces under 300. This has always been the most expensive dispensary in town for mid-shelf strains. Too many other competitors with much better pricing, specials and customer service. Don't know how a company that still pedals $400 oz can still be in business. Love little mom and pop place is like this where you can meet the owner but not always best for quality and value. This is more business than personal, sorry

Small, but BIG things come in small packages. Out of the Tucson dispensaries, this was one of the first. A good majority of It’s employees are long term. The growers produce awesome, locally grown strains that are unique in flavor profile and tends to please the pickiest stoner. If they run out of their own weed, they have some quality backup with some growers across the country. BOGO on your first time. I think it’s the best kept secret on the Eastside.
