What a wild ride. From the very first day of opening until today - I have been a loyal patron of Deserts Finest. Heck, I've outlasted all but 1 original employee - who I also happened to meet on her first day. Since the beginning, prices have gone up over 50%.With the price increases - it's a good thing Deserts Finest sold me their loyalty card. They charged me $5.00 to get it, but the savings would be worth it - I was told.Unfortunately they discontinued this card without warning. All the money I had accrued literally just disappeared at their own convenience.Just a really poor decision and I think they should have consulted with their customers much better than they did. Approximately $50.00 I had in there saving up for a rainy day. That day was today. Imagine my surprise when I went to use it. Where did the money go to I wonder?Are you going to refund at least the $5.00 sign-up fee to every customer? If we were being honest, that would be the ethical thing to do. I mean, don't sell something for a profit and then say, "oops, just kidding!" and take it away.Their new program is only available to people with smart phones. I'm not going to buy a phone and get into a contract just for this program. That's the entire reason I signed up for the loyalty card in the first place.So, thank you Deserts Finest for rewarding me for my loyalty since day 1 - by pricing me out - and taking away the accrued money on the "loyalty" card you sold me.I am returning the favor, and rewarding you with this review.Deserts Finest officially pushed me out of the legal market. I never could have imagined this 4 years ago. What a trip.

Very very disappointed! I’ve been going to Deserts Finest for over 2 years I drop at least $300-$400 a month in the store I don’t go anywhere else well prices keep going up staff is nowhere near as good as they were like a year ago. I went today 420 and last year I bought 3 grams of oil and got no deals! They don’t even give a joint out! I spent $180 today that is absolutely ridiculous I’m going elsewhere you guys lost a loyal customer

Awesome customer service. It’s nice to find a spot that does an oz of decent herb for 150. You just have to trim it yourself but it’s worth it if you don’t know any growers. The brand is called rich and ruthless. They also offered a variety of live resin cartridges. The issue I had was with their Dankies Blue Dream. It isn’t blue dream unfortunately. It’s like a degenerated train wreck genetic. Bummer

Usually I'd say go to dispensaries to get your free treats as a FTP but I'd rather go to the spot that treats me amazing. The security in the front is always friendly. They're never rude or short with people. That makes SUCH a difference in any establishment. They're busy at night so they to go in the morning. Also, be patient with the customers. The bud tenders here are so knowledgeable that customers want to pick their brain for more than 20 minutes. I like that the budtenders do this. They know so much and I learn something new every time I go in. The other day I went to buy butter. The budtender was super helpful and she asked me what I was using it for. She got me an even better option for my pain needs and she was very friendly. Dont forget to tip them. After all, they're the ones with the knowledge and resources. Thanks DHS crew!

I had a great experience for my first time there as the people were polite and helped me look for what I needed and wanted. Gabriel was the guy who helped me and hope he continues on with his positive outlook on life, this shop is blessed to have the people like him to work there as the other employees were great and polite as they all worked professionally keep up the great work you guys!!

At this point I've hit 4-5 dispensaries on my trip outta Alaska and have no problem saying this was my best experience by far... decent prices, knowledgeable staff, best inventory of concentrated edibles and flower products I'd recomend these guys to the casual smoker passing through to the local guy that knows exactly the style he wants to change his head... uhhh the end? Anyway you get my point... it's an awesome place... go visit... go... quit reading and flipping go already

I honestly can't say enough good things about Desert's Finest. The staff is great and knowledge about their products. I've never been unhappy with any recommendations they have made to me. I've been to other dispensaries in the Valley who claim to be selling "top shelf" merchandise and ended up with flower as dry as pencil shavings and about as potent. Never had that problem at Desert's Finest. So if you haven't tried them yet, give them a shot. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Nancy is Awesome, we just moved out to DHS/ she is great at what she does, I’ve mentioned to her I’m a medical use and don’t need much but when my mind needs to shut off from being a business professional Nancy’s gives me the best suggestions. Thank you Nancy and entire team who always are very welcoming which makes me feel very comfortable shopping at desert finest. customer service is the key, and the amount of Hospitality service she gives, I cannot say enough about your awesome employee. The best Flower is definitely here at desert finest. Thank you,
