I've ordered here many times now but it wasn't until tonight that I decided to search them out to leave a review and it's truly due to their exceptional customer service. I use their delivery service which is always fast (like - I need to have the cash ready and on hand before I even contact them type of fast) and they always have great deals going on... But honestly what really hit home for me, is how they truly care for their customers. With the pandemic, my family has been taking extra precautions due to my and my son's asthma and when they deliver the orders, they have been sure to also take these precautions and made notes to be extra safe. I can't tell you the relief that gives me! I can barely get my doctor to recall the prescriptions she herself put me on, but these guys here at THC truly care for their patients ❤

Always friendly budtenders. Sometimes when they have big events, the quality of the product seems to go down as they probably have more to sell. They prepackage all of their products now so there is no in person confirmation that you’re getting the right amount, also, you can only get small amounts in multiple bags. Other than that, always friendly service and generally fair prices.

This place has great prices and a very nice selection. Helpful budtenders, cash machine, great atmosphere. However, as stated many times here, they sell their flower in 3.5g prepackaged plastic baggies. Isn't it common knowledge not to put weed into plastic because the static charge frys the trichromes?? Especially those little baggies that hold a nice charge. Plastic bags is the absolute worst thing you can put weed into contact with (other than the feds). And because they package in such small amounts, if you buy a half oz, you get it in FOUR separate baggies. More bags = more static = worse for the weed. Get it together guys.

Love this place! Product and prices are amazing. Staff is amazing. The girls at the desk are always so friendly and kind. The staff in the back has always been super helpful and the security guards are pretty cool. It’s safe and convenient (right off of Southfield freeway, just watch out for the speed traps on the freeway) The parking lot is easily accessible and well lit.

I have been to a lot of dispensary’s in the past year but this one is DEFINITELY my favorite,I love their prices and daily deals, but most importantly I LOVE their ENTIRE staff!, I’ve been coming here almost every day for about 6-7 months so there like family, ALL the budtenders are awesome!, but one of my favorites is this pretty young woman named bea, she is always in a positive mood which makes things much easier and she is very caring, she always does the best she can to make sure I am well taken care of and have a great experience!. If you haven’t been here yet then definitely check them out and ask for Bea to be your bud tender.

THC Detroit just gets better every time I visit! We got a text that topicals we're on special that day. I called to see if they had Chill topical products. They did! We went down about 6:00 pm. Awesome awesome service. From the gal at the front desk, to our most genuinely funny and awesome budtender Abe . .to the very courteous Security Guard at the end in the parking lot, Everyone at THC was happy, chill, and very knowledgeable. One of my best visits to a Provisioning Center yet. THC is Very clean, energetic vibe (love love the Orange Color ) and well managed. Prices were awesome. Parking lots on both sides. Easy access and secure with Guard outside. The Chill Products are absolutely amazing. I love that brand. The Chill is a Topical salve that smells incredible and is the only brand of topical we use. It works like magic to manage pain. Chill regular and Chill extreme. There are two kinds that are available at this location. Thc/CBD ratio is perfect. Both worked for my arthritis Pain AND on cuts, sunburn, mosquito bites! This DOES contain THC for pain as a topical. Not to be Ingested 😁.. THC and The Chill = 💯 healing relief.

I have been getting there text for daily deals. Needed some Chill topical, saw they had 20 percent off on all topicals, best deal on that I have seen yet. My bud tender was Abe. One of the friendliest and personable bud tenders I have come across. Great place, great deals, great people. I will be back. Oh and even the security guard was cool as hell.

I had 2 oils that wouldn't work for me that I tried on 3 different pens... Kevin M. told me he would allow me to trade them in for new ones!! If that isn't amazing customer service i dont know what is! They are always reliable and open late for everyone who has late work days like I do. Always happy smiling faces, great prices, and crazy awesome deals!
