Seattle Tonics on Aurora has a better wider cheaper selection. As does have a heart, Period. That new lady ya made manager or maybe she's been one is very pretty, but has no people skills customer service or proper understanding of you guy's price matching policies she's going to drag that store down with her attitude. I hope she catches Corona and lives to tell the tale sincerely. On the other hand the rest of the staffs amazing tho, really friendly and helpful. I will never be bacc due to ol girl tho after 3 years of buying weed from ya all it took was 1 bad apple🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾♂️

I will keep most of my original review just for buyers info about online ordering, but I want to edit to say: very soon after leaving this review I was contacted by both a manager and the owner about the problems I had and what they could do to help. I could tell they care a great deal about their customers, which is day and night compared to a lot of businesses that don't even look twice at these reviews. Though there are some issues with online ordering thus far, Zips has great prices, great selection, awesome weekly deals, AND they value and respect their customers. Highly recommend 👌 Original review:I make large online orders every week and without fail, my order is always missing several items. Several times my order has not been ready at all, even though I wait at least an hour after I've received the ready for pick up confirmation text, there have also been instances where they have given my online order to someone else and asked me to go back outside or to my car to reorder the same items (making me wait in line over again) which can lead to different availability with products.

The new store layout is great. It's a lot easier to find what you're looking for, and if you can't the staff is more than happy to help you out. Friendly and knowledgeable. And while you wait in line you can watch anime on their big screen TV. Banger. Assassination Classroom was on during this trip. LOL Now I gotta rewatch it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This place is amazing. I've visited twice and The people there are very kind and patient and show you a wide variety of whatever you are looking for. There isn't a menu so if you get nervous on the spot, I recommend using the online menu and picking up your order. They have deals constantly throughout the week every week and as a plus they have their own parking!

Military and veteran friendly. This is Seattle’s true best kept secret! Found this shop on dutchie and I am SO glad I did.As advertised, I found Zips to have the best selection, lowest prices and truly helpful budtenders. In particular, thank you for maintaining normal operating hours during a time that is anything but.

We are so disappointed we encountered this horrible “new manager” just her sitting there was not enticing to walk in the club on top of how she communicated with us, all because I forgot my ID. (We took Uber to get to this club) it was last minute and on the way, we’re returning customers. It’s unfortunate because we like this club, also have chosen this club of prior great experiences with bud tenders and the other managers on duty. After the unprofessionalism we’ve experience from this “new manager” we will no longer go back to this club and to recommend to all of our friends, including all social media sites NOT to go to this location, all due to the lack of professionalism from the “new manager”. I may add, I called to speak with the owner they stated “their never there”. This Club need to hire professional candidates for managers, it would assist in operating this club more efficiently, in regards with customer service.

Aj and Spencer from what I understand are the managers of this location and they do a kickass job running this location!! It’s always just a friendly environment and they do what they can to make you as happy as possible!! There’s a reason I’ve been here a dozen times in one month almost!! Because of these two guys and employees the have at their side like Jess,Bella, Rudy, and many others!! Thank you zips sodo for the great experience!!

Had a very bad night after a show but the budtender (didn't get her name) was very patient with me and super friendly. She made my night a lot better. She even let me hang in the shop until my Uber arrived to get me to my Airbnb. Thank you so, so much for your kindness and professionalism.Also, the prices are more than reasonable. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot. Thank you.

I hadn't been by since the new owners took over been out of state in business, just returned this week to find my go to dispensary had completely changed branding including staff. This is not the classy take your time and learn shop any more. It's the know what you want, cheap, McDonald's style dispensary. I honestly have it a chance twice this week and both times i vistee the staff was incredibly rude and rushing. And the product I left with was subpar to what they used to carry. The most infuriating part of all this is the lack of educated staff. What the hell happened to Harley, Eric and Jake? They must have walked out with the rest of Diego's class. Now you'll find budtenders that have no idea what's going on and knows nothing about cannabis and have attitude over the fact that they are missing education they should have to be selling body altering products. Won't be back.

Big let down. Was really hoping that the next shop that went into this space would be a upgrade from the last. Unfortunately no such luck. Went a few blocks down and shopped at Cannabis City, would suggest that others do the same as well. No good Zips. Employees seemed clueless in regards to their products. Wont be back and will encourage others to avoid this shop as well.
