Feedback:
Too expensive for secondhand clothing. Come on. A new shirt is literally $15 or more like if it's Michael Kors. But you will find some good clothing. Beat up, faded, torn shoes are literally $30. And people will still buy it and get ripped off. You can probably find identical items for a better condition, cheaper price at another department store like kohl's, Walmart, Sears, etc. Some Workers are always talking instead of working and helping customers when they're supposed to. TERRIBLE Management. Horrible, unprofessional, rude manager and supervisors maybe with the exception of 2. Corporate doesn't care if you get bad customer service. Also, every time I come, there are always new workers which should tell you something. At the front register, the glass is so scratched you can barely see the jewelry they have there. Messy store too. Store always smells because homeless people come in smelling like body odorStore needs new look. And that's my two cents.
