Update: They did refund my purchase and I went on to purchase even more from them that day because they did right. I will change stars from 1 to 3.Buyer beware: If you purchase a pre-roll make sure its in there in front of the budtender before you leave the store. I bought 3 pre-rolls and some flower totalling over $91, was handed all 3 pre-rolls at once. Once I got home I opened 1 of the containers and it was empty. I didnt notice 1 of the containers was empty when leaving as when you have 2 others bouncing in containers you don't notice 1 isn't in there!I called spoke to the budtender, nice woman but unfortunately all she said she could do was give me 15% off on another one, she refused to replace. Seriously! They have lost all my local business over there business practices and there lack of commitment to their customers.And what got me was the budtender focused more on thinking I was trying to screw them over $8 then realizing the big picture of they got screwed to buy purchasing empty tubes. How many other times has this happened!
