This place used to be great, as of recent few months ..not so much. I have a habit of finding something that works for me and then they never have the product again. The staff currently can be a bit annoying...lots of hovering. No explanation of difference in strains or uses. I finally gave up after multiple times going in, finding nothing that works and leaving. Sad supply. Just transferred to another dispensary which has much more product, more engaging staff and super helpful without being overbearing. Choose your dispensary wisely.

Amazingly friendly staff. Always exceptionally clean. And even when they're busy they still find a way to make sure you feel like you're the only customer

Dispensary 33 is my sanctuary. I'm new to buying from dispensaries and I was helped thoroughly my first two times there. Paul was especially helpful today in helping me find the right strain for me. I absolutely love his recommendation and they all just make you feel like you are special and deserve to get help.

If you're looking for the best run and most educated staff in IL. This is the spot. Iv been a customer for over two years now. Have never had one bad experience. 5 stars doesn't even do them justice the place is a dreamscape for cannabis users.
